Je sais pas comment ils gèrent l'hygiène en cuisine mais entre le moment de commander & le moment de manger j'ai utilisé les toilettes, j'ai probablement jamais vu des toilettes aussi dégoûtantes. Ça m'a coupé l'appétit alors que j'avais vraiment faim. On dit souvent que l'entretien de l'hygiène dans les toilettes d'un restaurant reflète celle de la cuisine… j'ai envie de vous dire ATTENTION !!
These guys haven't figured out that fried & burgers are better served piping hot than cold. It's a shame as it smells like it might have been good if it didn't end up in the garbage instead.
As a bonus, I get to argue with Uber Eats over this absolute disappointment of an order.

The food was delicious & the cashier was kind but the overall hygiene was unacceptable The dining area was full of flies tables were dirty stained with sauces The soda machine was broken & the restroom was unusable Condiment boxes were scattered around making the place messy This poor hygiene seriously affected the dining experience I hope management takes immediate action to improve cleanliness
Un des meilleurs burger que j'ai mangé le service SUPER agréable ! Nous avons eu deux milkshakes gratuits délicieux eux aussi bref j'aime beaucoup. Par contre je ne pense pas que c'était lui, un autre emplacement c'est sur st Léonie je pense bref

Le Impossible Burger était vraiment incroyable, j'pensais pas qu'un burger végé pouvait goûter aussi bon ! Sérieux, les gens qui mangent végane devraient vraiment checker ça.
Le staff était super gentil, très accueillant. Y'a même un des employés qui a essayé de prendre ma commande en français, c'tait ben apprécié. L'ambiance était relax au max surtout avec la musique lo-fi douce en arrière, c'était juste parfait.
C'était bien entretenu, les comptoirs pis les tables étaient propres, pis ça sentait bon en entrant. Je vais clairement y retourner.
Tried the chicken burger & it was absolutely delicious-crispy, juicy, & full of flavor. The staff were super friendly & welcoming, which made the experience even better. Great food & great service. Will definitely be coming back.
Bon burger, mais assez générique. Quand même cher pour ce que c'est, mais c'était bon & la portion était correcte pour moi. Bon service mais assez long avant d'avoir ma commande.

Regrettably, the preparation of the dish appeared to lack attention to detail, as elements such as the toppings & the burger patty seemed hastily assembled, & almost devoid of accompanying sauce. Additionally, my request for sautéed onions resulted in a mere teaspoon being added, which felt insufficient. The burger patty itself seemed more fried than grilled, imparting an unusual oily aftertaste that detracted from the overall flavor.
I was really into this place for a while but did not enjoy my last two meals here. Maybe my tastes have changed but I think the food is different. I don't mind a greasy burger, but these were so ridiculously greasy that after a 5 minute walk home, the bottom buns had disolved into a slimy paste. Something is definitely off with the fries as well. Very soggy with an unpleasant flavor that is not potato. Even if the food had been perfect, the prices make no sense. I had the double, which costs $11.00. This is just not an $11.00 burger. A *can* of soda is $3.00?? That's hotel mini-bar prices. It's too bad because this place is around the corner from my house but I will not be back.
