"I ordered through their web site for pick up. Website said order would be ready by 18:10. Arrived on time and they seemed to be overwhelmed with orders and said it would take some time. But I was there so I politely waited. Order was ultimately ready a few minutes later, that is not a problem at all. But I believe they hurried to complete the order...."
