Beware & don't get scammed here. Food was good, I enjoyed the chicken burger. But when it came time to pay, our server was nowhere to be found for around 30 mins. I had to ask 2 other servers to pay before he came out. Crazy wait time considering airport restaurants prioritize speed. Then the server (his name starts with a C, maybe?) added a 25% tip for himself!! I thought the total was way too high, & thought it strange there wasn't a tip prompt. So I hit the cancel button on the terminal & asked him to start it again. The total was much lower, then he said'just so you know tip isn't included' & I told him I know & won't be tipping him anymore. He then stormed off & we left to catch our flight we almost missed while waiting for him. Worst airport dining experience ever - travellers beware & check your bills!
Really nice place, very helpful staff! Had quesadillas with chicken which were great before a flight. Server made sure I didn't get onions which I sadly can't eat. It's in the terminal but there are comfy seats & good music.
Pretty decent food given that it's in an airport. I think this is one of the more expensive places in the airport but better than anything else I tried.
I had the UBar Burger, which was a little bland, but at least there were 2 patties & it was served with pretty good pickles & coleslaw. The fries were nothing spectacular, under salted if I had to comment.
Service was fast & friendly. They even asked how long I had before my flight so they could speed things up if need be.

This is a great place for breakfast if you're waiting for your flight. It's on the pricey side, but that's expected at an airport. Just be warned that coffee is an extra $4-$5 per cup. Otherwise, it's a great spot to eat past security in the International concourse.
First & last time dining here..
Me & my boyfriend decided to dine here as we had a long layover for our connecting flight. The service was ok. We each ordered a burger & drinks. As we were informed, it is restaurant policy to cook all burgers well done. Honestly, the meat was a bit dry but nothing to complain about.
After our meal, i asked for the check & paid by credit card. I did not opt to add a tip at that time. The waiter saw & immediately cancelled my transaction. He then explained that if i didn't add a tip, him & team wouldn't make much money as they rely on tips. I replied that tips aren't obligatory in most countries. He added that because i was from a certain country, I should be expected to add tips. My bf who is French asked what was the normal percentage & we selected that for the tip. I of course verified that he cancelled the previous transaction as he just crumpled the receipt.
Overall, i felt forced. The waiter could've handled the situation differently. If i was there alone, i wouldn't have changed my amount. The staff should be making a liveable wage. Our waiter could have also asked for a tip with a smile..
Thank you to Margarite for wonderful service. She was extremely pleasant & helpful. I loved the Latino music playing..when going on an international flight let's promote diversity!
The waiter took 25min before he came to take our order, after he said that the food would be out in 10min, which obviously never happened. It has been over 20min since he sais that & our flight is boarding in 5min & we still haven't gotten our food yet.
The staff are amazing & the food is great, it hot tasty 🤤 & service is fast. The prices are normal for food & drinks at all airports... It's a great place for people watching & enjoying a cold beverage before your flight ✈?!!! Stop by you won't be disappointed 🙂👍👍
The food was good for an airport restaurant, & the waiter was very detail-oriented & did a great job. Overall, the quality exceeded what you'd normally expect at an airport.
That said, be aware that service is very slow, even though it's careful & well done. Expect to spend over 60 minutes for a full meal. Definitely take this into account when planning around your flight.
