Dans l ensemble, UBar Resto Bar est presente comme une halte pratique et agreable pour dejeuner ou prendre un verre avant l embarquement, avec un service rapide, attentif et chaleureux et une ambiance latine qui met tout de suite dans l ambiance. Le personnel est largement salue pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, meme en periode d affluence, mais certains avis signalent des retards et des oublis lorsque le service est sous pression. La nourriture est jugee correcte et adapte au cadre aeroportuaire, avec des plats simples comme pizza, poutine et burger, parfois apprecies pour leur cuisson et leurs accompagnements, parfois critiques pour le rapport qualite-prix ou la texture. Les prix suivent le niveau du lieu et la carte offre des options de boissons et des plats qui conviennent a ceux qui veulent se detendre avant le vol. En resume, c est une option fiable et conviviale pour les voyageurs, mais il faut accepter des prix aeroportuaires et, selon le service et l horaire, des experiences qui peuvent varier.

The waiter took 25min before he came to take our order, after he said that the food would be out in 10min, which obviously never happened. It has been over 20min since he sais that & our flight is boarding in 5min & we still haven't gotten our food yet.

The staff are amazing & the food is great, it hot tasty 🤤 & service is fast. The prices are normal for food & drinks at all airports... It's a great place for people watching & enjoying a cold beverage before your flight ✈?!!! Stop by you won't be disappointed 🙂👍👍
The food was good for an airport restaurant, & the waiter was very detail-oriented & did a great job. Overall, the quality exceeded what you'd normally expect at an airport.
That said, be aware that service is very slow, even though it's careful & well done. Expect to spend over 60 minutes for a full meal. Definitely take this into account when planning around your flight.
After a bit of travel to get through the airport, I sat down at the bar & was served by the wonderful & attentive Cynthia. Drinks with actual alcohol in them & very good pizza. Have a seat & enjoy a break before your flight.
By airport standards, this spot is excellent! The crispy chicken was tasty & well-cooked, & the fries were fresh though not crispy. I was also pleasantly surprised to find Peroni on draft - always a nice touch. Overall, it's a decent & reliable place to grab dinner before your flight. Bonus points for the friendly & attentive staff - they really made the experience better! The prices are of course Airport scale!

Very disappointing experience at Ubar Restaurant inside YUL airport. For a sit-down place, the food was average, overpriced, & the service was shockingly poor. Our waiter brought a stack of utensils & napkins & just tossed them in the middle of the table, leaving our group of 8 to set the table ourselves - no effort, no attention.
Two of our orders didn't come out with the rest of the food, so we had to wait awkwardly before we could all start eating. No explanation or apology was offered - just more delay & disorganization.
My wife ordered the chicken burger, which was extremely dry & bland. I had the Greek salad main course ($23), & not only was it unimpressive, but I actually got sick on our flight shortly after. For a restaurant in an international airport, you expect higher standards - this missed the mark on every level.
We will absolutely not return, & I would strongly caution others to eat elsewhere.
