It was my first visit to this restaurant with friends who live in Old Montreal. We were walk-ins on Wednesday, October 9th. They always get the Moussaka. I had a taste, & it was indeed, very good. I & my companion both ordered calamari to share & the lamb chop special. The calamari portion was laughable. We had about 10 pieces for 24$, a real ripoff. I recently went to a different Greek restaurant & ordered a half portion of calamari, & it was much more abundant than the full portion here!!! The lamb was not the typical French cut chops with the little bone sticking out. It was tough & extremely fatty. I have never had bad lamb in a Greek restaurant before. A real disappointment. The Greek potatoes were undercooked. They actually crunched when you ate them. Awful. We both left them on our plate. I will not be going back unless I feel like eating moussaka.View more

The food was great- me being Greek I didn't have any complaints about the quality but the quantity of the to go dishes at least that we received. Maybe if we dined in it would be bigger portions but it was very little for the amount spent. I have been to other restaurants where a meal comes with a full side salad this one came with what you see in the photo which isn't much. Small amount of fries not a full side & only 4 shrimp in my meal that was over 30$ i believe. The dip was just a very small condiment dip. I don't mind spending that money just for a bit more portion. Otherwise it was good.View more
