Hello last week my son & his girlfriend purchased sushi from ur cote vertu location & both suffered from food poisoning shortly afterwards, they experienced vomiting & diarrhea for 2 days with fever witch was concerning & unacceptable.
Unfortunately, they didn't keep the receipt & I did not have the time to come to report it, however this experience caused serious concern about ur food safety standards, situation like this should never happen so I think ur employees need better training in proper food handling & safety standars
On 26/01/07 around 10:30pm this rude cashier (middle aged),would slam our items when she was done scanning it. When another customer of the same race came she didn't slam their items

Très beau magasin asiatique avec beaucoup de produit frais légumes,fruits, poissons , crustacés & mille & un produit ont même manger sur très bon pas chers
Bakery section only. On multiple occasions, getting help felt like an inconvenience to the staff. it genuinely felt like being ignored was intentional. I wanted to buy the cute shaped cake for my kids. Opt to triy their rolled cake that I can pick myself & it was genuinely depressing: barely any cream, zero flavor, & absolutely not worth it. Sad cake sad service
That's the only T&T Chinese Supermarket in Montreal. It's clean & comfortable to shop but obviously most items are more expensive than other Chinese supermarkets but it's reasonable. The only supermarket you grab yourself some foods to go
I placed Order #002006594 through T&T's website as a delivery order. Without my consent, it was changed to a pickup, which required me to go in-store. When I arrived at the St-Croix T&T location, the order was not ready, & I waited approximately 45 minutes, which is unacceptable for a pickup order.
The order fulfillment was extremely poor. Multiple items were missing or shorted, including high-value, perishable products such as seafood & fresh produce. Although some refunds were later issued, this does not compensate for the wasted time, inconvenience, or the overall lack of organization.
Quality control was also an issue. I received spoiled produce (including oranges & a pear) that was not fit for consumption, which is concerning when customers rely on staff to select fresh items on their behalf.
What made the experience particularly uncomfortable was the lack of professionalism during the wait. Two staff members, Rain & Da-Quan, were involved in handling my order. While I was standing nearby, staff were discussing my situation in another language, which created an uncomfortable & disrespectful environment. Regardless of intent, this is not appropriate in a customer-facing setting.
I chose T&T because I've had good experiences in the past, but this visit to the St-Croix location left a very sour impression. Between the unauthorized change of service, long wait time, incomplete order, spoiled food, & unprofessional conduct, this experience fell far below acceptable customer service standards.
I genuinely hope management at this location takes accountability, quality control, & customer respect more seriously going forward.
