I like the opening & closing hours of this place. Allows me to go get my groceries before or after work & I dont have to worry about the place closing & me rushing to get my groceries or geting the left over bad stuff. The food is fresh & the shopping process is easy.

T&T has become my favorite Asian grocery store thanks to its wide variety of quality products & excellent customer service. Highlights include fresh fruits, the bakery, & cosmetics. Of course, T&T Kitchen & Papa Chicken are great as well! If you follow the weekly flyer, you can find products at very competitive prices.
Excellent shopping experience! T&T Montreal offers a fantastic selection of Asian snacks, fresh veggies, & ready-to-eat meals. The store is modern, bright, & always has what I need. Definitely my go-to spot for groceries now.
I placed Order #002006594 through T&T's website as a delivery order. Without my consent, it was changed to a pickup, which required me to go in-store. When I arrived at the St-Croix T&T location, the order was not ready, & I waited approximately 45 minutes, which is unacceptable for a pickup order.
The order fulfillment was extremely poor. Multiple items were missing or shorted, including high-value, perishable products such as seafood & fresh produce. Although some refunds were later issued, this does not compensate for the wasted time, inconvenience, or the overall lack of organization.
Quality control was also an issue. I received spoiled produce (including oranges & a pear) that was not fit for consumption, which is concerning when customers rely on staff to select fresh items on their behalf.
What made the experience particularly uncomfortable was the lack of professionalism during the wait. Two staff members, Rain & Da-Quan, were involved in handling my order. While I was standing nearby, staff were discussing my situation in another language, which created an uncomfortable & disrespectful environment. Regardless of intent, this is not appropriate in a customer-facing setting.
I chose T&T because I've had good experiences in the past, but this visit to the St-Croix location left a very sour impression. Between the unauthorized change of service, long wait time, incomplete order, spoiled food, & unprofessional conduct, this experience fell far below acceptable customer service standards.
I genuinely hope management at this location takes accountability, quality control, & customer respect more seriously going forward.
T&T is the largest market in Quebec, where you can find fresh fruit, vegetables & more varieties. I enjoy. They got a fast food counter were very tasty.
I love going to T&T because I have plenty of parking place.
Just want to comment the review of the user, 420 Reviews. I can't understand why someone would still insist on spending 30$ & buying the sushi that the avocado was full of black spots, the saumon's color wasn't right. Then complaint on google. The freshness of sushi is something you can easily tell at a glance. TNT's sushi might not be top-notch, but the value for money is definitely there.

I absolutely love shopping at T&T. The store is always clean, well-organized, & stocked with a wide variety of authentic Asian products that can be hard to find elsewhere. From fresh produce & delicious snacks to sauces, spices, & frozen foods - everything is top quality & reasonably priced.
This place is a great spot to explore unique Asian ingredients! You can try live seafood options & pick your fresh produce to cook an exciting meal. If you're short on time & can't be bothered to cook, they also have a ready-to-eat buffet selection of Asian dishes. It's a really good place to learn about Asian culture. & every summer they have an Asian food festival where you can go wild!
Absolutely best Chinese supermarket in North America. Excellent in selection of fresh vegetables, meats, seafood & snacks. Its cleanliness is rare for Chinese supermarket. Plenty of free parking. Good bakery selection. In house dining for homely cooking with affordable price.

Tried their buffet again for the second time, & some food was not so fresh with a slight sour smell... We started to have upset stomachs later that day... Will never try the buffet ever again.
Cool experience.
You have everything!! Fresh seafood, fruits, veggies, meat skincare products, buffet. Honestly cool activity to do with your family, kids, boyfriend/girlfriend
