The cake section is ridiculous. I ordered a 10 inch cake for my birthday a week in advance with a customized chocolate plaque. Upon picking it up today, the plaque with the birthday message was missing & no compensation nor solution was provided, I was told'they could do nothing about it'. To make the matters worse, the cake was covered in multicolor sprinkles that weren't on the cake I chose from their pictures, making it look childish. This cake is for an important event! Not getting what I ordered is unacceptable, especially since we had to pay upfront. Used to love T&T cakes, but this was a huge disappointment.
Plus, when I ordered last week, the staff was on her phone at first & pretty cold, not really interested in helping, & then told us they couldn't do customizations, so why add sprinkles I didn't ask for?!

We're extremely disappointed with our experience at the T&T cake section.
We ordered a birthday cake a week in advance & clearly emphasized that we needed a written message on the cake:'Happy Birthday #Name.' The staff told us they couldn't write directly on the cake but assured us the message would be written on a chocolate plate instead. They even wrote down the instructions when we placed the order, so we felt confident everything was noted properly.
However, when we went to pick up the cake today, the message was completely missing. This was very upsetting because the personalization was the whole purpose of pre-ordering. Otherwise, we could have simply bought a cake on the spot the same day.
To make matters worse, we had already paid the full amount in advance, & no compensation or solution was offered when they failed to follow through on the order details.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, & it really affected a special occasion. We expected better attention to detail & customer service.

Check your products to avoid getting your grocery stolen. We ordered groceries from them monthly or weekly & after an expensive steak went missing in weekly order of $300+, we finally realized that they could easily mess up your order & not pay you back. Customer service online is useless. Cannot shop here anymore after they steal from you.

Super place pour tout trouver pour vos concoctions asiatiques! J'y suis allée pour ce qu'il faut pour faire un tteokbokki & je n'ai pas été déçue! Essayez aussi des saveurs de chips inusitées, des paquets cadeaux gourmands remplis de produits que vous n'avez jamais vus. Bref à découvrir 😁

Hello last week my son & his girlfriend purchased sushi from ur cote vertu location & both suffered from food poisoning shortly afterwards, they experienced vomiting & diarrhea for 2 days with fever witch was concerning & unacceptable.
Unfortunately, they didn't keep the receipt & I did not have the time to come to report it, however this experience caused serious concern about ur food safety standards, situation like this should never happen so I think ur employees need better training in proper food handling & safety standars
