Reviewers describe Tsukuyomi Ramen as serving rich tonkotsu broth with tender pork, silky noodles, and well balanced toppings, with many praising the eggs, the depth of flavor, and the generous portions. The interior and atmosphere are repeatedly called beautiful and cozy, and service is noted as friendly and attentive with good value for Montreal. The menu variety shines with dishes like goma salmon, ika age, chasu don, karaage, and even a vegan no broth ramen, and many diners appreciate the easy table availability at this location. Still, there are mixed notes including a French review about missing ingredients, some items that could be better or feel overpriced, and a warning that salmon pieces can be slippery for kids; desserts are not always up to par. Overall, Tsukuyomi Ramen is described by many as among the best ramen options in the area, a reliable choice for meals and events, with consistently tasty bowls and a welcoming vibe.
My friend wanted me to experience ramen for the first time & brought me to this place. It became a must go every week. The karaage is delicious, & all the ramen are tasty.

Everything was excellent! The food was fantastic as usual. This is our second time visiting this restaurant after the MTL À Table event. The chef was very generous. We ordered the Goma Salmon which is an outstanding dish. The dish comes with only 4 pieces of salmon but the chef decided to give us 5 pieces instead. It was delicious! & the ramen noodle soup was extremely tasty without the addition of MSG!
The restaurant is beautifull, & the ramen is both delicious & reasonably priced. The waitress was incredibly sweet, & before you leave, you absolutely must try the pumpkin Krokke it's delicious!
I tried this place a year ago, their noodles were ok. Not sure why they temporarily closed & have another grand opening. That said, I thought they adjusted their menu a bit so, I went back for their reopening & gave it another try. Nope. Still the same. Their soup was on the bland side, lacking flavor. Their noodles were soggy, I think it is the type of noodle they used. The pork, although they were generous with the portion (compared to other ramen places such as Kinton), the texture is rather rough & also a little bland. Overall, both my wife & I did not overly enjoy their soups nor noodles, it was OK. We also tried their takoyaki & friend calamari & it was the only thing that we liked. That said, if you are a ramen lover & enjoy a more mild flavor type of soup, still give this place a try, it might be for you.
The food was really delicious & everyone we dealt with was very pleasant. Our waitress was quite knowledgeable on the ingredients & preparation of the food, which was great. Overall we enjoyed our first experience at Tsukuyomi.

My table waited 30+ mins between the first appetizer & the second one. Flow of service was better afterwards. However, our waitress messed up our bills making one party pay more than the bill itself. We went back for an explanation/refund but they couldn't do anything about it unless everyone comes back for a refund altogether. So the restaurant gave us one free bowl of ramen as compensation & we left it at that
Food was okay, but we got forgotten so our food arrived quite late. Service was less than average. Not very friendly waitress & she made a few errors with our bills.
Service was a bit slow in the beginning. The wait staff didn't even give us a menu at first & we actually waited for 15 minutes when we were finally presented with a menu. I guess they were a bit overwhelmed due to the MTL À Table event. Other than that, the rest of the service went very smoothly. The service for serving the meal was quite quick. We were presented with the food shortly after & all of our used plates were quickly taken away. We definitely enjoyed our dining experience at this restaurant & would definitely come back to taste the rest of their food. The food was AMAZING!!

We decided to try Tsukuyomi Ramen as part of the Mtl à Table event from November 3 to 19 because it offered an interesting 4-service menu. We were a big group & some of us took the event's menu to share the appetizers & some of us ordered from the regular menu. Even though I didn't order from the event's menu, I did get to try the Tuna Tataki, which was very nicely seared & had a delicious ponzu sauce, & the Ika-Age, which was fried perfectly & was very crispy. I also really enjoyed the cheesecake, both mango & green tea flavours were delicious. For the main course, I ordered the Miso Ramen Vegan, the broth was flavourful & I love that it came with the thicker noodles. Service was quick & friendly. Nicely decorated restaurant. We were very happy with our experience. Will happily return for some delicious ramen.
