About

Tsukuyomi Ramen specializes in authentic Japanese noodle craft, focusing on rich tonkotsu broth bases simmered for hours to achieve maximum depth and complexity. The kitchen emphasizes traditional preparation methods, utilizing custom noodles that offer a distinctively firm texture alongside precisely soft-boiled seasoned eggs. Bowls feature meticulously prepared pork chashu, sliced to maintain a delicate balance of fat and lean meat while ensuring optimal tenderness in every bite. The dining environment maintains a functional aesthetic that prioritizes the focus on the bowl, featuring efficient layouts conducive to concentrated consumption of hot noodle soups. Garnishes like fresh green onions, toasted nori, and black garlic oil add structural variety to the flavor profile of each signature offering. Patrons encounter a direct approach to Japanese culinary traditions where broth consistency and noodle integrity serve as the primary metrics of quality.

First time visitor & happy to say that we will be returning customers in the future. The tonkatsu ramen soup was rich & flavorful, & the unagi rice was soft.

Came here with my family. I'm not really a big fan of ramen, but this place actually changed my mind. I tried the chicken mazemen noodles & they were really good. We also ordered some shrimp, sweet potato fries, & a rice dish with salmon for my daughter.
The salmon rice dish was way too small, especially considering it cost almost the same as a full ramen bowl. My daughter was still hungry after finishing it, so I ended up ordering her another plate of shrimp. The sweet potato fries were also a very small portion &, in my opinion, way too expensive for what you get.
So overall, I really liked the ramen, & that's what I would recommend here. If you come, I'd stick with the ramen & skip the appetizers & rice dishes. The portions are really small for the price.
Service was great though, & the staff were friendly.

Visited 1 time. Staffs were friendly & welcoming. Clean & nice interior too.
Foodwise, everything we ordered was good, from the sides/starters to the ramen themselves. It's kind of a mix feeling for me. I find it above average but nothing exceptional but others accompanying me loved theirs so will give it a 5 star. But for sure, they aren't bad 💯 Will surely visit again though 👌 I really enjoy wavy noodles more so next time will ask if I can swap the straight thin one for wavy ones for the tonkotsu, even though that's not the OG way.

I've lived in Bois-Franc for two years & always noticed Tsukuyomi on Google Maps. I finally decided to stop by for lunch, & I'm glad I did.

I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen with chicken & black garlic oil, along with a Coke Zero. Small detail, but I appreciated that they serve Coke instead of Pepsi.

The broth was the highlight. Rich, smooth, & full of flavor without feeling too heavy. I ended up drinking every last drop, which doesn't happen often. Sometimes simple food, done really well, is all you need.

The service was friendly, welcoming, & always with a smile.

What surprised me most is that this place doesn't seem to have the recognition it deserves. Living nearby, I had walked past it countless times without realizing how good it was.

I'll definitely be back. My new mission is to work my way through the entire menu.
