Honestly, this dal makhni & Amritsari kulcha combo hit the spot.

The dal was super creamy & flavourful without being too heavy, & the kulcha was perfectly crisp with just the right amount of filling.
Felt like a proper, satisfying meal , nothing over the top, just really well made. Can totally see myself coming back for this again. Highly recommend ! I have tried many places in montreal but TruIndia serves the BEST INDIAN FOOD
Tried the butter chicken, garlic naan, & biryani & honestly, SO good! The flavors were spot on, portions were generous (you won't leave hungry), & the service was super friendly & fast!!!!!
Butter chicken was creamy & full of flavor, the garlic naan was soft with that perfect garlicky punch, & the biryani hit all the right notes! Portion sizes are very generous also
Definitely coming back , this place knows what they're doing! 🙌🔥

Shakkar Parantha & Amritsari Kulcha : Best I've Ever Had in Montreal!
Absolutely blown away by the flavors! The Shakkar Parantha was perfectly crisp on the outside, buttery & full of authentic spices inside , just like home. The Amritsari Kulcha was soft, stuffed generously, & paired perfectly with the chutneys & chole.
Hands down the best North Indian street-style food I've tried in Montreal. Highly recommend to anyone craving real desi taste! Will definitely be back!
Highly recommend this restaurant for best Indian food in Montreal. Their Amritsari Kulcha is the best. Their portion size is good & every dish we ordered was delicious. Cherry on the top was their service! Overall, great experience!
⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐? Hidden Gem for Authentic Indian Flavours in MTL!
We discovered Tru India Les Vraies Saveurs de L'Inde recently & were so impressed that we ended up visiting them twice in the same week. It's truly a hidden gem in Montreal for anyone who loves authentic Indian cuisine.
The food is absolutely delicious, packed with flavour, served in generous portions, & very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is clean, cozy, & inviting, with a great music playlist that adds to the overall vibe.
The staff are extremely friendly, warm, & attentive. From the moment you arrive, you feel genuinely welcomed. The service was thoughtful without feeling rushed.
Pro tip: If you can't handle too much spice, make sure to mention it when ordering. They're happy to customize the heat level to your liking.
Highly recommend this spot! Can't wait for our next visit.
A Taste of Home at Try India - Truly Authentic!
I visited Try India restaurant in Montreal today & had an amazing experience. The food tasted just like home - rich, flavorful, & made with love. What stood out the most was that everything was prepared fresh, right after we ordered. You could really tell nothing was pre-made or rushed. The quality, taste, & authenticity were top-notch, & the service was warm & welcoming too. If you're craving real, home-style Indian food, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
My favourite restaurant in the Snowden area. Really great food. The fresh naan is absolutely exceptional, just the right mix of crispy on the outside & chewy on the inside. & one of the weirdly few Indian places in Montreal that has Onion Bhaji. Worth a visit.
