I recently discovered this Indian restaurant which has truly amazingly tasty food. Being very strict on food & its quality, I may say that I will come again to have dinner.

I had a very disappointing experience at Tru India regarding their service speed. I entered the restaurant at 9:20 PM & placed a simple order for a Paneer Wrap by 9:25 PM.
?Despite the restaurant being nearly empty-they were only serving two other tables-I was still sitting there at 10:00 PM without my food. Waiting 35+ minutes for a single wrap when the kitchen isn't busy is unacceptable.
?The service is extraordinarily slow, & there seemed to be no sense of urgency from the staff. If you are looking for a quick meal or even a reasonably timed one, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Excellent food with great service! A lot of options for vegetarians, if you have low spice tolerance, mild is truly mild. We loved the colourful atmosphere, & were very happy with the student discount, as well as the complimentary appetizer from the chef. Will definitely come again!
They lady serving us was super kind. We got three different dishes, naan & & an appetizer. Legitimately nothing bad to say about the food in anyway. I loved it & it filled us all up with some to spare. We got it mild & it was perfect not spicy at all. You got to try this place.
The food was disappointing but the service is good. The waitress is very sweet & hard working.
But the food was not spiced well, didn't taste good.
We ordered the Rogan Josh, Palak Paneer, the Tandoori platter & Naans.
The Rogan Josh looked good in other reviews but it was an orange almost sour gravy that we got.
All the chicken in the tandoor platter was raw! Nothing was marinated either
The palak paneer was a saving grace but despite asking for spicy, it was not salted well & barely spiced.
They take advanced orders & then have the great courtesy of cancelling orders in last moment. Not recommended at all, as they cancel without any reasoning.
Noor is a very good waitress. From the start to the end of this journey, she made the experience ten times more enjoyable with her energy & her care for our satisfaction. She made jokes & made the environment very comfortable & friendly. Would definitely recommend her & this place to others. 10/10
