"Best carbonara I've ever had. Hands down. I came to Trebbiano solo while in Longueuil for work and got sat at a nice table outside with a breeze-perfect setup. I had the linguine carbonara with a glass of La Brune Pinot Noir, and the pairing was spot on. Service was smooth, wine was great, and the whole experience made the trip feel a lot less like..."
