I've always had a wonderful experience at this beautiful restaurant, made even better by the warm presence of the owner, Anthony. He's incredibly welcoming & always attentive to our food preferences & dietary needs. The dishes are consistently fresh, & food/sugo truly transports you back to your Italian roots. Plus, Glen (one of the cooks) never fails to give you a good laugh.
Whether you're looking for a relaxed 5 à 7, a date night, a family outing, or even a celebration, you really can't go wrong with Trozzo. Thank you, Anthony!

We were welcomed so warmly by the owner & enjoyed such a delicious meal! The pizza & pasta are divine! Fresh, homemade Tiramisu was to die for!

Absolutely loved our experience at Trattoria Trozzo restaurant bar! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm hospitality - Tony, the owner, clearly takes pride in creating a cozy & inviting atmosphere.
The food was outstanding. I had the Carbonara pasta, & it was bursting with flavor - you can really taste the quality & freshness.
Chef Glen is clearly passionate about his craft, & it shows in every bite.
The atmosphere was cozy & welcoming, perfect for a date night or dinner with friends. Staff were attentive, friendly, & made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.
Highly recommend if you're looking for a true taste of Italy - I'll definitely be coming back!
I really wanted to enjoy my experience here, but unfortunately, it fell short. The food was just okay - it didn't taste fresh & seemed more like something that had been reheated. I ordered the carbonara, which lacked the creaminess I was expecting. When I asked for a bit more sauce, the waiter kindly took it back to add some - a gesture I appreciated - but I was surprised to find a $7 charge for the extra sauce since no one mentioned there would be an additional cost.
To make things more confusing, I was also charged $8 for extra sausage that I didn't order . After I brought it up, the team adjusted the bill from $44 to $26
which I appreciated - though, oddly, an extra $1 charge remained. It's not about the dollar, but rather the principle.Overall, I wasn't impressed .
That said , the owner was polite so I'm hoping it was just an off day. All in all , I think there is opportunity for more attention to detail in both the food & the customer experience.
Such a cute little Italian spot! It's on a nice corner in Montreal with big windows, so you can sit & enjoy the street view while you eat. The vibe is super chill & cozy, perfect for a casual dinner or even a solo lunch.
The owner is really friendly, you can tell he cares about the place & the people who walk in. & the food? Wow. So good. Everything tasted super fresh & authentically Italian. You can tell it's made with love & not rushed. I'm already thinking about when I can go back.
Definitely recommend !

I only have good things to say about this little gem! The food is fantastic, service is top notch, & drinks are fresh & extremely enjoyable (loved my cosmo) ! I've had the opportunity eat here a few times & every time has been a great experience! Bravo to Anthony!

Trozza is hands down one of the best Italian spots in town! The food is authentic, packed with flavor, & made with real passion. Their pizza is next-level-crispy, light, & as close as you'll get to the real deal from Italy. The pasta? Fresh & cooked to perfection. & don't even get me started on the pizza-it's a must-try!
The atmosphere is cozy & welcoming, & the staff truly makes you feel like family. Anthony & his team go above & beyond to ensure every visit is top-notch. Whether you're in for a casual meal or a special occasion, Trozza never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Fabulous fresh food, sauces are homemade, very basic cafe but the friendly service is amazing. Waitress eda super friendly & quick service. Owner Anthony very friendly & talented. Highly recommend
If you're looking for amazing Italian food, this restaurant is perfect. The pasta is fresh, the sauces are flavorful, & the pizza is cooked to perfection. The tiramisu was the best I've ever had-light, creamy, & delicious. The service is friendly & attentive, & the atmosphere is cozy & inviting. A must-visit for Italian food lovers!!! I had an amazing experience with my friends, the Service & staff were amazing. I had the meatball appetizer that was delicious. The veal scallopini with vegetables was the best so far, So delicious. Also, the bread that they serve was so fresh.The restaurant is very clean & I highly recommend to try this place out !
We came here for sandwiches, again. The bread tastes super fresh like home made. Always perfect fresh fries. It becomes my fav place for sandwiches. Will try their pizzas next time I have a chance.

Amazing food & great service. We were a group of 8 & service was fast & extremely courteous. Bread for the sandwiches was super fresh & ingredients are tasty & again fresh. Even the steak cut French fries are amazing & pizza was very good too. Definitely a place we will be back.
I have been 3 times since it opened. Every time, the service was excellent, the food delicious & authentic & you could see the passion the owner has in his place. He's friendly, talkative & wants you to have a good time under his roof. The atmosphere is very laidback & authentically Italian. The paninis & pizza are TDF & the coffees savoury. A fun night out! Here's an awesome alternative if you're tired of the Milano's scene... I hope a patio is put out, this would be perfection... a cool Aperol Spritz & a fresh pizza in the sunshine. Sign me up!
