Let me introduce myself. I am Chef Dany. After receiving my degree in Rome, Italy I worked in the best restaurants in Italy and Canada for over 15 years. I finally decided to open my own restaurant "Trattoria Romantica" in the heart of Sainte-Dorothée, Laval.
