Let me introduce myself. I am Chef Dany. After receiving my degree in Rome, Italy I worked in the best restaurants in Italy and Canada for over 15 years. I finally decided to open my own restaurant "Trattoria Romantica" in the heart of Sainte-Dorothée, Laval. Dear customers, I know how important you are so rest assured that my team and I will do our utmost to meet your expectations and transport you to the delightful world of fine Italian cuisine that is prepared with authentic products. Trattoria Romantica with chef Daniele never disappoints!! The food is always amazing & delicious!! We highly recommend this restaurant you will not be disappointed!!
We have also booked it for private events a huge success.
The service is on point & the atmosphere with the soft jazz playing is perfect!! 10/10

Les meilleurs gnocchis de ma vie 😍 j ai pris celles au gorgonzola. c'est généreux , même sur la sauce que j'ai coupablement saucé avec mon pain à la fin...
Les desserts ont un gout du ciel! le tiramissu, les glaces , vraiment tout etait bon , & toute la famille a aimé.
Le serveur est tellement adorable, on avait envie de lui faire un calin. La propriétaire tout aussi adorable aussi. & pour le chef ( on ne l a pas vu ) ca se voyait qu il mettait l emotion & l amour dans sa cuisine.
Au niveau du prix , c est un bon rapport qualité / prix.
Je reviendrais c'est sure !!!!

First time here & not last!! Food was excellent & very authentic italian. Compliments to the chef. Veal & osso bucco are a must.! Recommend this place for sure.

Authentic Italian food made by an amazing Italian chef. Super delicious & perfect service. A nice ambiance, not too loud, clean, & nice to chat the night away! Reasonably priced for the quality you are getting! Great for date night with your lover or a friend!

Toujours intéressant de voir le chef venir faire son tour en salle à manger pour voir ses convives. Tellement intéressant lorsque la propriétaire accommode les gens pour certains mets. Toujours aussi délicieux, que ce soit les Gnocchi, la pieuvre, les crevettes. Un service hors pair & attentionné.

Delicious food, romantic atmosphere, & exceptional staff. I had the pleasure of hosting my bridal shower at Trattoria Romantica in May. Chef Danny & his team provided us with authentic Italian food, & my guests devoured every bit of it. Danny was extremely accommodating & pleasant to work with. I appreciated that he always made time to meet with us prior to the event. He was always available to answer our questions, help us choose a menu, decorate the resto to fit our theme, & make sure our guests enjoyed themselves. Also, the staff was so sweet & attentive. They were pleasant, helpful, & ensured that the event ran smoothly. I truly felt that they were as happy to be there as I was. A truly phenomenal restaurant in every way. I would definitely recommend it for an event or even just a night out for dinner. We will definitely be eating here again. Thank you Danny & staff for everything!
