About us
Let me introduce myself. I am Chef Dany. After receiving my degree in Rome, Italy I worked in the best restaurants in Italy and Canada for over 15 years. I finally decided to open my own restaurant "Trattoria Romantica" in the heart of Sainte-Dorothée, Laval. Dear customers, I know how important you are so rest assured that my team and I will do our utmost to meet your expectations and transport you to the delightful world of fine Italian cuisine that is prepared with authentic products. Le meilleur restaurant italien à Sainte-Dorothée ! Service impeccable, ambiance chaleureuse & des plats absolument délicieux. Chaque bouchée est un vrai voyage en Italie. Je recommande sans hésiter - un incontournable dans le coin !

Tous les plats étaient exquis!!! Des entrées aux desserts tout était parfait. Nous étions 5 & tous ont adoré leurs plats. Excellent service rapide & courtois. Je recommande vivement!

Excellent repas principal, bonnes portions ! Très bonne qualité-prix. Service : il manquait clairement un employé soit un barman/barmaid. Les serveuses ont trop de rôles & ne pouvaient donc pas passer assez souvent aux tables. A la fin de la soirée, il commençait à faire trop chaud dans le resto. Bref, je recommande le restaurant, mais je vous suggère d'embauche un employé supplémentaire au bar & de garnir vos alcools pour offrir plus de cocktails.

Delicious food, romantic atmosphere, & exceptional staff. I had the pleasure of hosting my bridal shower at Trattoria Romantica in May. Chef Danny & his team provided us with authentic Italian food, & my guests devoured every bit of it. Danny was extremely accommodating & pleasant to work with. I appreciated that he always made time to meet with us prior to the event. He was always available to answer our questions, help us choose a menu, decorate the resto to fit our theme, & make sure our guests enjoyed themselves. Also, the staff was so sweet & attentive. They were pleasant, helpful, & ensured that the event ran smoothly. I truly felt that they were as happy to be there as I was. A truly phenomenal restaurant in every way. I would definitely recommend it for an event or even just a night out for dinner. We will definitely be eating here again. Thank you Danny & staff for everything!
