Let me introduce myself. I am Chef Dany. After receiving my degree in Rome, Italy I worked in the best restaurants in Italy and Canada for over 15 years. I finally decided to open my own restaurant "Trattoria Romantica" in the heart of Sainte-Dorothée, Laval. Dear customers, I know how important you are so rest assured that my team and I will do our utmost to meet your expectations and transport you to the delightful world of fine Italian cuisine that is prepared with authentic products. Très bon restaurant Italien qui s'adonne à être un apportez votre vin. Nous étions avec un groupe d'amis, c'était la première fois que nous mangions à ce restaurant & tout le monde ont aimé leur expérience. On y retourne, c'est certain! La bouffe est faite maison, le service est impeccable & l'ambiance élégante & comfortable.

Poor service! PLEASE AVOID THIS RESTAURANT IF ANY FOOD ALLERGIES! THEY ARE NOT UP TO PAR! OWNER & STAFF ARE NOT AWARE OF THE SERIOUS OUTCOME! Lastly food below average!

Nice ambiance but small portions & overpriced for what you get. We ordered red snapper. Lasagna & pasta with rapini & sausage. Lacked flavour chef Dany. We only liked the lasagna. I asked in advance what they do for birthdays & they said tiramisou with a sparkler. They neglected to mention they charge $7 for that tiny piece. It was delicious though. Too bad they don't offer it free. I was less then impressed
Our waiter was very sweet. We made the best of it but I will not return.
