Use to love this place - went 1-2 times a week. Food is expensive but good. However, went today & they gave me half of the chicken portion & did not want to compensate. They would not do anything abiut it even if it was their mistake. Good cudtomer service would have offered something.
Banhmi was overwhelmingly sweet + 2 iced coffee (about the size of 3 sips) & the pho was mediocre...pretty expensive too didn't taste like vietnamese food more like westernized oriented
$42 for two mediocre grilled chicken banh mi & tap water is deemed a ripoff. The bread wasn't crusty as a banh mi should be, it was small, barely 6-7 inches long & the whole thing was bland & dry at best. I'm VNese so i know what a good banh mi consists off & anyone thinking this place makes a good one is sadly misinformed.
J'ai fait une commande en août via Uber & deux rouleaux printemps ont été facturés & non reçus. J'ai avisé le restaurant immédiatement. Aujourd'hui je me présente avec ma facture du mois d'août & j'explique l'erreur & le commis sort un carnet avec mon nom & l'erreur du mois d'août & je déguste mes deux rouleaux que je n'avais pas reçu & qui sont délicieux. Un resto honnête & que je vous recommande car c'est délicieux! Merci Tran!
