Je vais souvent au Mikes à Delson & j'ai toujours un bon service par la même demoiselle. Aujourd'hui quelle déception, dernière fois que je commande pour emporter. J'ai payer mon gâteau aux carottes 8,30$, mon repas & j'ai laissé du pourboire (15%). J'ouvre la boîte de mon gâteau à la maison & j'y trouve un vieux morceau de gâteau où y manque la moitié du crémage & où on dirait que quelqu'un a déjà mangé dedans. Je suis très déçue .
I visited this location today & was shocked by the behavior of a short, Caucasian female server. Her attitude was extremely poor. She was incredibly impatient, rude, & spoke to me with a complete lack of respect.
What made it even worse was watching how she treated an Uber delivery driver. The driver had simply forgotten his bag, & she spent the entire time scolding him in a highly condescending tone. When the driver brought the bag back inside, she ordered him to confirm the order in a commanding & disrespectful manner.
Showing basic respect to customers & others is the bare minimum in customer service. Watching her power-trip & mistreat people was deeply uncomfortable. Management seriously needs to address this employee's behavior.
Aujourd'hui, dans la fête des Mères j'ai décidé d'aller manger dans ce restaurant avec mon épouse & ma petite fille. Je ne regrette vraiment pas. Une belle ambiance, remarquablement accueillante & un personnel très sympathique. Nous avons eu la chance d'être servis par Josée, qui a surmonté toutes nos attentes. Sa gentillesse, service impeccable, & son empathie nous a impressionné tellement que nous avons décidé que ceci est notre nouveau restaurant préféré. Merci beaucoup, Josée! Vous êtes très spéciale!
Selling on the name. The food sucks, the fries are frozen garbage, theres barely any meat on their'famous' subs. Used to be good. Now its junk. Plus the meat tasted like it was in the fridge for a month. If you don't have customers your food will sit. Btw it was empty. Server was nice.
Tonight (April 26) at Mikes Candiac was a total nightmare. My 6-year-old daughter found a pre-chewed chicken wing bone in our'Mikes Mix' platter. We were served someone else's leftovers.
When I showed it to the waitress, she was completely unapologetic. She kept saying'this never happens here,' clearly questioning my honesty & implying it was my fault instead of taking responsibility for the health hazard.
The situation turned violent when I tried to take a photo of the evidence. The server lost her temper, threw a plate, & smashed a glass right next to my young daughter, who was terrified & left the restaurant crying. To top it off, she followed us to the parking lot to photograph my license plate as a blatant attempt to intimidate us.
A'family restaurant' should be safe. This place is a health hazard with aggressive staff.
Management: Check your cameras around 8 PM today. This is unacceptable.

Depuis plusieurs années, j'ai l'habitude d'aller dîner au mikes & je reçois toujours un service incroyable de la part de toute l'équipe. Autant au niveau du service que de la nourriture.
Dernière j'y suis allé avec un groupe de 30 personnes & nous avons eu encore une fois un service incroyable & très rapide. A noter que nous étions avec une douzaine d'enfants.
Jamais le serveur a semblé impatient ou dérangé par le tempérament bruyant des enfants. Tout l'équipe mérite des 5 étoiles mais j'aimerais bien souligner la merveilleuse Josée!

This Mike's always worth it. Food is great had a sub it was huge.
4 Stars as it is expensive for this type of restaurant. 85$ & we had no drinks of any kind or dessert.
