I tried matcha mochi for the first time last saturday & really liked it so i went back for a second time on Wednesday evening, unfortunately it was a different staff who made my drink & she forgot to put mochi & mousse on top even tho i told her i want boba & mochi in my drink. it was takeout so i only realized after i left, really liked the drink i got first time but there is room for improvement regarding quality control cuz second time i was so disappointedView more

Heads down the best bubble tea shop in Montreal. Atmosphere is unmatched & the decor is absolutely beautiful. I wasn't expecting much regarding the service, but was pleasantly surprised! The staff is super welcoming & warm, very friendly, yet attentive & very efficient. The drinks are, quite simply, extraordinary. Their toppings choices are so unique & the flavor is amazing. Almost every drink comes with a lot of toppings already, adding a nice & fun texture to them. I ordered the world famous signature top 1, the strawberry mochi, the black sugar boba with tofu (top 5) & the taro pouding (top 7). I can honestly say that the flavors brought me back to Asia! Using only fresh & top quality ingredients, this shop truly captures the essence of what makes Taiwanese bubble tea world-renowned. Place is spotlessly clean & impeccably maintained. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the experience justifies every dollar. Overall unmatched experience, 10/10 recommend my favorite bubble tea place in Montreal by far!View more

Awesome place, awesome drinks. If you have heard of boba milk, you have probably heard of Tiger sugar, its a famous chain originating from Taiwan & the taste & quality matches the stardom this name has. The service was amazing, the drinks were tasty & good quality. I especially loved the taste of boba which were brown sugar bobas so quite sweet but the milk was balancing the sweetness & thus the overall taste of the drink was delicious. Definitely recommend this place. In the vicinity you have presotea, ocha, zingfutang etc similar boba places but I'll rate Tiger sugar's drink quite fullying & delicious although the price scale is quite similar but this comes on the upper side. Two sizes are available & as many as 30-50 drinks varieties are there so definitely not missing out on anything. Seating is for around 8-10 people but good ambient place, quick turnaround & overall amazing.View more

Hands down, straight-up delicious Bubble Tea over at Tiger Sugar in Montreal. Staff is friendly, makes you feel right at home. Everything's clean & neat, shines like new. Milk tea drinks taste diluted. It only taste like milk & sugar. It has dropped in quality. Lot of times no bubbles at around 9pm.View more

EDIT : my recent experience is absolutely the worst service! We went into the store, & the only girl there didn't even acknowledge us. She kept texting, & even when we said hello loudly she continued texting. We left after standing there watching her on her phone for 5 minutes. This is not the first time we had bad service by this girl, she always has bad attitude but this is by far the worse. This is one of the rare places in Montreal that offer mochi as a topping. The store is very nice & clean. It would be nice if they have more sittings. The drinks are delicious & high quality (I saw they used organic Natrel milk!). The tapioca has the best texture & strong brown sugar flavor. I highly recommend the matcha with mochi & boba, & the taro pudding milk tea. However, for the more classic milk tea drinks like black milk tea or green milk tea, the tea flavor is not strong enough for me. Many of the drinks come with cream mousse but after shaking them the mousse is gone. The price is high compared to other places, around 10$ per drink for the large size. Overall, Tiger Sugar is still one of the best boba places in Montreal.View more
