Le Rail Coal Fire Bistro voit d’abord le jour en 2010; un humble début motivé par une passion pour la bonne bouffe et l’appréciation des petits plaisirs de la vie. Fondé sur l’importance fondamentale d’offrir à ses clients une expérience rehaussée avant tout axée sur l’utilisation d’ingrédients frais et originaux, le Rail a su rapidement s’établir comme réel incontournable.
Amis et familles s’y réunissent en grand nombre pour découvrir les joies d’une cuisine réinventée dans l’une des ambiances les plus invitantes de la Rive-Sud. Le Rail mise sur une approche innovatrice au déjeuner, au dîner, et au souper, dans sa salle à manger de 130 invités.

Fernando was our waiter & he took care of us with such a good service smiles & all; it's nice to be able to go out for such a treat in food & service. Thank you a thousand times Fernando, we hope to see soon again at table.
Went for lunch today & had Tanya as a server. She is an absolute delight! Did everything with a smile on her face. Clearly loves what she does & her amazing service proves it!
Omg you need to add the nachos as a permanent meal option. & Tanya...amazing service!!! Such a nice friendly smile! Ok, came back 11/13/24, Larisa was our server. What a nice young lady. She knew the menu well & gave some suggestions from the November picks. I am sad that you don't have Dr. Pepper on your menu. Would be nice!!!
Friends & I are always happy to see Tanya as our server. She's very kind & always has a smile on her face. Always asks how we are doing & if there's anything we need or want she gets to it really fast. She's great at making us feel comfortable & wanting to make sure we have the best experience. Great restaurant, delicious variety of food. Our waitress, Tania was so nice & helpful. Her friendly smile & attentive service made our experience all that much better.

Anytime I'm at the bar, day or night if Jonathan is working it's an amazing experience. He is so attentive to his customers, always coming to check if we need refills or anything more. Always has a smile on even if he's on a double shift. Would definitely recommend.
Very good service from our waitress Isaiah. Loved her smile & positive energy. The California wrap was a perfect budget friendly meal after losing all my money at the casino lol
