Jinjin is the most chic Asian tea cafe that Montreal has always been missing. The matcha is strong & the Chinese tea is fragrant. The lunch menu is beautifully curated & so reminiscent of childhood as a a Chinese kid. The noodles are delightfully chewy, saucy & most definitely hand pulled.

The fabulously red interior is accented with warm lighting & 2000s vibes, down to the hello kitty bowl which the tomato egg was served in.

There is so much intention behind the menu, atmosphere & service in this teahouse - they even gave extra straws with the drinks. This is a must return on my list.

There is space to study with laptops along the sides. There was constantly a short wait to get into the teahouse, but the turnover rate is quick.

Super cute spot with delicious drinks & a super nice staff! There is almost always a lineup but I promise it's worth the wait!

I only wanted to get a drink to take out, but this is the first time I've ever seen a system where they won't even take your order until the people sitting inside have left, so you're forced to wait outside.

I waited because I'd come from quite far away & didn't want the trip to be a waste, but I really don't understand this concept of making everyone wait outside no matter what.

Not everyone is here to eat, after all.

very cozy tea place, drinks are really good & staff is very welcoming. strawberry earl grey matcha was delicious
