I was looking for the place but loved the way I figured it. A local gentleman asked us to wait at an exist door & press the buzzer & someone from coldroom came to receive us. Later we went two floors down & it was an amazing experience

The Coldroom is legit. Honestly it was a much better experience than Cloakroom Bar, where it felt overly pretentious without much to back it up.

Luis is absolutely amazing too. I sat alone at the bar & I still had a really great time.

I cant wait to be back again next time I'm in Montreal.

A secret bar in a nondescript basement access via an anonymous black door on the street… a lovely quaint little find… excellent cocktail mixed GY friendly professional & knowledgeable bar staff… perfect for an aperitif or nightcap… a great selection of spirits, whisky, gibs etc… offer to make you any cocktail

A truly hidden gem to find in old town Montreal. Behind a hidden unmarked door is a fab cocktail bar speakeasy style. Ring the bell & wait to be collected & you will discover a hidden cocktail bar with a hidden exit too. Defo worth a visit & a memorable place to go.
