Review Summary

Thaïzone provides a mixed dining experience where the quality of the food is generally considered acceptable for fast food, though consistency remains a significant issue. Many guests express frustration regarding an excessive amount of sauce used in dishes, which can make meals overly salty or liquid. While some find the food satisfying, others report slow or indifferent service, a confusing atmosphere due to the shared space with another restaurant, and concerns regarding cleanliness and value for the price. Overall, customers suggest that while the ingredients are decent, there is notable room for improvement in execution and maintenance.

I took a chicken pad thai, found mostly tofu pieces. Full of sauce, very liquid & very far from what it looks like on the picture presented. One of the worst pad thai I have eaten. Service cold & uninterested.

Food was good but drowning in teriyaki sauce. See photo for amount of sauce left after eating. Next time I would ask for the sauce separately so as to control the amount to my liking.

This shares the space with Valentine's. So you might find those photos on google.

The food & ingredients were as expected for a stir fry. However they put A LOT of sauce, which I usually like but this was next level. Kind of made things a little salty.

The big knock on this place was the washroom, super nasty.

For about the same price, you could get double the food at the Chinese place downtown. So they need to up their game in terms of value.
