Thai Express reviews show a mix of praise and critique. Some dishes seem inconsistent with too much rice and not enough meat or sauce, and holy basil can include onion chunks with minimal basil and minced protein; flavour sometimes comes up as lacking and utensils or branded containers may be missing. On the plus side, the interior is surprisingly spacious with two levels, and a drive through is available though it can be risky during construction. Service is described as clean and fast, with friendly cashiers, new administration and improved overall service; several reviewers praise the pad Thai with fried egg as delicious and a personal favorite. Multilingual praise appears for the cooks and the quick, courteous service, and even when the auto order panel is down, orders can be placed at the window; the drive through remains a positive option. Overall, Thai Express is seen as offering good tasting food and a welcoming vibe, with plans to return mentioned by many.
I mean it was edible but there's too much rice, not enough meat or sauce,'extra spicy' should be medium spicy, there aren't supposed to be chunks of onion in holy basil, protein should be minced in holy basil, hardly any basil, missing flavour, missing disposable chopsticks, unbranded containers. Kind of just like'slop that reminds you of thai food'.
The building is surprisingly big on the inside, with two floors. There's a drive through which is pretty dangerous to use with all the construction on that street.

Service rapide & de bonne qualité. Le panneau pour commande à l'auto est en panne, mais vous pouvez vous approcher de la fenêtre & ils prendront votre commande.

the customer service team were very kind & the food was pretty good. dont expect a classy thaï meal as this is "express" but if you feel like eating something different for a change it's a nice & cheap alternative
