If you're into Mediterranean food, this is the spot! They claim to have the best falafel in Montreal-& it's true 😁.
I also loved the kebab. The ingredients were super fresh, the staff were friendly, & the freshly baked bread was amazing. Probably the best & freshest pitas I've had in Montreal.
Totally worth the price!
The lemonade they recommended was good-nice & sour-but a bit too sweet for our taste 😅.View more

TESFA is a true gem in the neighborhood. The small 15-seater unassuming restaurant serves excellent falafels & a variety of sandwiches for both meat lovers & vegetarians alike.
The falafels are truly fantastic; crunchy on the outside with a soft fluffy interior that almost crumbles. The salad is vibrant, fresh, zingy, & surprisingly filling. The falafels & the pita chips offer the perfect textural contrast.
The staff are very welcoming & humble, & it is wonderful to see them operate seemlessly in such a clean & well-organized kitchen.
All in all, I highly enjoyed my experience with TESFA & will be coming back for everything else that they have to offer.View more

Great place for Mediterranean food. A mix of Turkish, Israeli, & Egyptian style with fresh & authentic dishes. I highly suggest trying any of their sandwiches with a small side of hummus, falafel, or sweet potato fries.View more

A great Mediteranean/Eastern African restaurant ! On Plateau Mont-Royal, lowkey but well located. The taste was above the exceptations, I would suggest the kebab Pita has authentic flavour. I've had a great experience, that includes the service, genuinely nice coming from their staff. The spot is well maintaines & decorated. The vibe is very relax, no rush to leave your table or order more. You can also take out, I have ordered online & it was well packaged, warm & as fresh as when you dine-in. Give it a try !!View more

Ordered the Sheed pita & my partner had the Shawarma pita. Both of us were blown away. The chicken was so juicy & tender, & the pita was soft & fresh. I've never eaten a pita so quickly in my life, it was so good. I don't live in Montreal unfortunately & I can't stop thinking about these pitas! They really are unique. So amazing. Very kind service, he explained the menu & gave me recommendations based on my tastes. Additionally, it was very fast & efficient so I got my pita in 10 mins. The music was great & the restaurant was clean. The falafel pita itself was perfectly spicy, bitter, fresh, & rich. Super affordable & delicious cute resto to grab a sandwich. We ordered the sheed pita, shawarma pita & the side of falafels. Everything was homemade & fresh! Our favorite was definitely the sheed pita. The chicken breast was tender & the garlic sauce was chefs kiss. The falafels were also amazing. They had a nice crunch accompanied with some hummus. This restaurant is a true gem. The service was very friendly & the place is clean. I was supposed to eat half in the restaurant & half to go, but the Sheed pita i took was too delicious to stop eating. The meat was hot & flavourful, the vegetables were fresh & crunchy, the sauce paired delicously with everything. I also appreciate the many vegetarian options they have!
