We had such an amazing experience as guests of the hotel, & a huge part of that was because of Matteo.
We first met him at the rooftop bar on one of our first nights in Montreal. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, & made us feel like valued guests from the moment we sat down. The following night, we happened to see him again at the downstairs cocktail bar, & to our surprise, he immediately remembered us. That small gesture made such a lasting impression-it made us feel genuinely welcomed & appreciated.
Matteo has a natural ability to connect with people. His service was attentive, personable, & professional, but never forced. He went above & beyond to make our evenings memorable, & his positive attitude truly elevated our entire stay.
Employees like Matteo M. are the reason guests come back. He is an incredible asset to the hotel, & I sincerely hope his managers recognize the exceptional experience he provides. Thank you, Matteo, for helping make our anniversary trip to Montreal even more special. We can't wait to come back.

Nous n'avons pas aimé le fait de ne pas avoir eu la table réservée, ne sachant pas qu'il fallait payer un supplément pour cela, ce qui est d'ailleurs abusif.
Perfect weather, perfect views either city or river, great atmosphere & ambience. First rate food & service.The duck, scallops, & ceviche we ordered.Perfect. Simon & all the staff were great despite a crush of customers. The maître d' elegantly & patiently fielded a barrage of people trying to make reservations.
Nous avons passé une excellente soirée. La vue était magnifique & les plats très bons, en particulier le tartare de boeuf. Rose, la serveuse, s'est montrée très attentionnée & chaleureuse ; elle nous a même préparé un petit gâteau surprise pour l'une de nos proches qui fêtait son anniversaire. Nous avons passé un moment formidable.
