C'est vraiment une des plus belles terrasses à Montréal ! Le service est incroyable ! Un shoutout au serveur Thibault qui était absolument impeccable !
Yes. Great lunch & views on the terrace. We had a pitcher of Mohito. Zucchini croquettes for appetizers. Smash burger & Caesar salad. Excellent. Views make the restaurant a must try

Stay away from the dry burger which is also served with cold fries. Five Guys is better with half the price. Caesar salad was ok but salty anchovies could be better chopped up. If you want view, come & order drinks but not food. Servers were nice but seem distracted. You have to ask them for everything, like napkin & cutlery. Never ate salad with fingers before...
Extremely disappointed with the main we took, the burgers. It was one of the most driest & tasteless smash burger & bun we ever had. The patty was dry as cardboard & bun thick & bland. Nothing in addition in the burger brought any plus. For the price & place, our expectation was way higher than a fast-food place. The couple sitting next to us had ordered same. When we spoke to them, they shared the same opinion & our plates were all left half done. I ate 3/4 as I don't like wasting food but i had to really force myself. The server was nice enough to ask us if he could bring us something else as we left the food but we were just too done to even order a dessert. The shrimp tacos were good & zucchini fritters ok. The terrace itself is very nice & the service was great. The message is really for the management to review their food quality. We certainly liked to go bk but For a bill of 175$+ for 2 ppl for 2 starters, 2main & 4drinks, skeptical to go bk & order food. I ve been to Brasserie 701 before , the food was great but the terrace experience was a bummer. Thanks

Came here for a drink on the rooftop. I'm a local & this is definitely a trendy place for cocktails after work. Atmosphere is nice, trendy with a DJ playing good music. They sat us at the farthest possible table near all the air exchangers. I asked to be moved & was told all other tables were reserved. I was told if there are no shows then they would move us. We had one drinks & by the time we left, all these "reserved" tables were still empty. I counted over 10 tables empty. Service was VERY slow cause the staff could not see us we were sitting so far away. Staff were friendly & apologetic for the delay but very slow. That's the reason we only had one drink. We sat there for close to 20-min with no service. Wait staff were busy chatting together near the DJ. Overall nice location & perfect view of Montreal. Great place to be at sunset to enjoy a few drinks & the food looked good. Unfortunately, a bad experience here for us. I would like to say I would be back but I will likely choose another spot for our next 5-7.

I only give it a four because it's a rooftop terrace in the city center. The atmosphere is really, really inviting, but the food is just ok, the service is absolutely average. We weren't surprised by anything & I can't say that I felt like an important guest there. Thank you, of course, very much for the view from the roof of the building, but I guess that's all. My recommendation, it's still worth visiting this place once😁
Magnifique terrasse avec un service irréprochable. L'endroit est charmant & apaisant. Les vins sont de haute qualité & l'équipe est accueillante & attentionnée. Mention spéciale à Auriane qui a été merveilleuse avec nous. Une adresse incontournable à Montréal !
Service was terrible, Our waiter mistaked our order twice & it took FOREVER to come. Food wasn't worth the price. & to make matters worse, there was spiders falling from the ceiling, one of which, fell on my friend & the waiter just laughed. All this place has going for them is the view.
Terrasse Place D'Armes is definitely worth checking out when visiting Montreal. My husband & I stopped in for a drink yesterday. Service & atmosphere were great so we stopped in again this afternoon on our way back to our hotel. We were not disappointed. Bartender Oliver made us amazing drinks, & was very personable & engaging. We head home to Connecticut tomorrow, but will DEFINITELY be back the next time we visit Montreal.
