I went there on Saturday, & the customer service was horrible.

We ordered our drinks, only to watch the next three groups of customers get served before us.

My girlfriend ordered a drink with prosecco, but it was completely flat. When I finally received my gin & tonic, it was watered down.

My girlfriend politely asked if she could have something else because the prosecco was flat (it's supposed to be bubbly like champagne). The manager rudely responded by asking if she had ever had that drink before.

We then asked if we could simply have two beers instead, but the manager gave us attitude & told us we were'complicated.' No-we're just two people who know what the drinks we ordered are supposed to taste like.

Very very rude service!!

Deuxième fois que nous y allons &, franchement, nous avons eu un coup de coeur pour le vendredi pizza. :) Nos deux pizzas étaient délicieuses. Le tout me semblait bien organisé & le service était cordial.

Petit conseil pour tous, il est préférable d'arriver tôt (eux-mêmes le mentionnent en ligne, ils ont bien raison!) puisqu'ils peuvent être victimes du succès de cet excellent concept & être débordés par les commandes (dans notre cas, il y avait vingtaine de minutes d'attente, ce qui ne nous a pas incommodés du tout, mais vers 18h, je crois qu'il s'agissait plutôt de 40 minutes).

Nous reviendrons, la prochaine fois, nous essaierons les cafés!

The ambiance & location are excellent. The coffee isn't barista-quality, but it was still enjoyable. The service was friendly, & the location is definitely the highlight.

Nous nous sommes assis à une table & il y avait 3 tasses avec du café dedans, des clients avant nous probablement. & personne n'est venu les ramasser. Un bel endroit pour relaxer en prenant une sangria, une bière ou un café, etc.
