Tenka Sushi specializes in traditional Japanese cuisine, catered towards the Montreal casual dining experience. Main courses are extensive, and include a range of hot and cold plates such as Udon noodle soup, grilled eel on steamed rice, salmon tataki, half-cold and half-raw fish with traditional sauce served on rice, plus fried shrimp and fried crab.

I've enjoyed Tenka Sushi for some time now & today is no exception. Stopping in to grab some lunch in between meetings, I opted for a poke bowl, tuna one specifically, & was very satisfied with my choice.
I've tried a few other poke bowls from other places & although they are great, I always felt like they were a tad busy with ingredients & sauces, but Tenka was not the case. Very simple, light, fresh & satisfying. I did takeout this time but you can dine in. It's on the small side but has a cozy feeling to it. Great little restaurant, a beautiful discovery & a true gem! The sushi are fresh & absolutely scrumptious, the service is great. I am not sure but it does look like a family business. There are very few tables, the place is tiny so make sure you call to book if you want to dine in, else they also do take out. Warmly recommended!View more

Great sushi & the sashimi r very fresh. In my opinion, the salmon is much better than yasu. Prefect sushi i ever had.
