Lytchi martini was pretty good. Mushroom soup was delicious, salad was typical, vegetables were fine. Teriyaki chicken was tasty. The sirloin & filet mignon were tender, recommend using the ginger soy sauce with those. Music was elevator music, I'm sure there could have been better choices. Decor was nice. According to my friend, the previous iteration had the servers wearing traditional outfits, which is no longer the case.View more
Dine there over the weekend for my husband's birthday because he loves Teppanyaki in general but I was very disappointed. First the whole dinner felt very rushed as if they wanted us out of there as quicky as possible. They never came to ask if we would like another drink. I found the prices very high for the quality, they don't do the fried riced on the grill like they typically do in other Teppanyaki places, they only serve you plain white rice & the chicken was not chicken breast. My salad was super soggy. On top of it they wouldn't let us bring a cake for the birthday celebration. I also found the place not very clean, especially the bathrooms.View more
We made reservations for 7pm & were shown to our seats immediately, however the time that it took for the chef to arrive was 40 minutes.
First time dinning at a Teppanyaki restaurant & quite honestly didn’t think the food would be enough, but I was actually quite full by the end.
You start off the meal with an onion broth which was delicious, following that is a salad, a bowl of rice, a few pieces of shrimp, vegetables & finally the protein of your choice.
I went with option C2 which is AAA sirloin & chicken teriyaki. The meat was juicy & tender.
To end it all, they serve a orange sherbet vanilla ice cream.
Our chef was entertaining & made us laugh quite a bit!
Overall a really good experience, food was fresh & delicious, it can be pricy, but I enjoyed the time spent.View more
