We arrived at the restaurant as a group of cyclists with tired legs, hungry bodies, & big appetites.

Elena welcomed us with her beautiful smile & genuinely warm attitude. Her service was exceptional, & the food was delicious.
After refueling our muscles with a great meal & great customer service, we left energized, satisfied, & grateful for the experience.

We had a fantastic dinner. We were a party of 7. Everyone was very happy with their choices, very tasty!
Caesar salad excellent along with the calamari!
A big menu with something for everyone. Highly recommend coming here.

Me & my husband hosted our marriage reception at this location. We reserved the second floor everything was great. We were really happy with the results. We want to thank Elena for her attentiveness to our needs & for her involvement in making sure everything goes as we wanted. We recommend this place 100% 🙌🏻

Très bonne adresse 👍, pizza excellente & poisson cuisiné avec soin. Idéalement placé sur les bords du canal lachine .

Not only is the food amazing but the staff is also so friendly & the restaurant is very beautiful! Also hosts events & is right on the water with a beautiful view :) I definitely recommend !!

My go-to place for penne rose. As soon as I get the craving, I make the reservation! We really enjoy the arancinis & pizza as well.

The food was great & the servers were also great, but I still feel I need to give this restaurant a 1 star because of how I was treated by the manager.

I was there for a friend's birthday party (a reservation for 50+ people) & had asked the manager if there was another option for me meal-wise other than the $65 three course meal that everyone else was getting. I mentioned that the price was out of my budget but that I really wanted to be there for my friend. The manager asked me what my budget was. I explained that a $20 to $30 meal was more in my price range & I kid you not, she looked at me with pure judgement & rudely said that it was the $65 option or nothing.

I have never felt so insulted in my life. It's not about being able to or not being able to make an exception necessarily. I at least derserved to be spoken to with kindness & professionalism.

From the moment we arrived, the ambiance of Taormina Lounge set the perfect tone for the evening & the staff's warmth & professionalism made everything run smoothly. The entire team went above & beyond to ensure our event was a huge success.

Chef Paolo's exceptional Italian cuisine delighted all our guests, & the service throughout the evening was both attentive & friendly. It was obvious that everyone took pride in making the night special, & thanks to all of your efforts, we enjoyed an unforgettable experience with our guests.

We are truly grateful for Elena's patience & assistance throughout the planning process.

Service was very problematic, but maybe they just had an off night. I really think a lot of their problems could be solved by hiring a dedicated bartender though. It took them an unfathomable amount of time to take our order because whenever someone would ask for a drink they would leave midway through to make it. Everyone is very nice & means well, but they all just looked totally overwhelmed.

We were seated at 6:30 & didn't even get bread until an hour & a half later. First apps came more than 2 hours after seating.

The food was okay but also very expensive. The bread was really tasty though.

Edit: Based on their reply, the owners are petulant clowns. Can't accept that they actually just did a bad job.
