Tandoori Bellevue opened in 2007 in the city of Sainte-Anne de Bellevue. With a warm décor and a beautiful view of the world famous canal, we offer Montreal's finest Indian cuisine in a family-oriented atmosphere. With daily lunch specials and terrific dinner specials too, we can accommodate any of your Indian culinary desires.

La nourriture chez Tandoori Bellevue, est, selon moi, la meilleure dans l'Ouest des l'île. Chaque fois qu'on y commande, tous les plats sont toujours délicieux & nourrissants. Parmi mes préférences, le biriyani végétarien qui fond dans la bouche, le punjabi chole qui est inégalé & le aloo sang qui est soyeux & juste trop bon. This is our favourite Indian restaurant in the West Island. There is a wide range of vegetarian & non veg food. The tandoori salmon is delicious. Several Indian beers are available. The service is very friendly & the decor attractive. In summer the front windows are opened & on Saturday nights there's live music just across the street. There's limited free parking behind the restaurant & more parking on the street & in nearby lots. This is the place for rich tasting Indian food at a moderate price. A meal for two with beer, tax & tip costs around $90.00.View more

On a pris plat pour 2 : assiette Maharaja. C'est très copieux. Les plats sont savoureux. On peut préciser si on préfère l'assaisonnement moins pimenté. Le décor de la salle est traditionnel. La propreté de WC reste à désirer.View more

Nice little "hole in the wall" with delicious food. There is a big opening so flies & bugs & such do fly inside, I did not mind (as it give the impression of eating outside) but some may not like that. The service was ok, however when I asked for more water to be served at the table (in the middle of summer) I don't expect to wait over 20 minutes for 2 bottles to come to the table. We has to ask 3 times for water... not the end of the world, but also something so easy shouldn't be disregarded.View more

This is without a doubt my favourite restaurant on the island of Montreal. I have been coming here for 3 years & have tried many options on the menu, with each dish being fabulously delicious & one I would order again. The quality of Indian dishes is the best I have come across, including the samosas. Portions are large & prices are low - two people can visit & eat well for $35 or less, often with leftovers to take home. There are many vegetarian options, with my favourites being the paneer tikka masala, samosas, & mixed vegetables. The naan is delicious, & they also bring free poppadoms to your table after ordering. The staff are all very friendly & helpful - I recently visited with someone unable to eat onion & garlic, & our waiter was somehow able to find a dish that worked & was delicious! I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Thank you Tandoori Bellevue for bringing joy to the West Island!View more

Updated review 2024 May: in recent months the food quality has declined significantly, watery sauce, constant mess up my pick up order (ordered garlic naan but was given regular etc.), & naan was over cooked almost everytime. Called in & I was told there's no change in the kitchen staff & manager, so not sure where the decline comes from. Unfortunately after 8 years I may need to find another good Indian restaurant.View more
