It was my first time having Tacos in Montreal. So I decided to try them. The food was really authentic Mexican style & I found the flavors to be well-balanced. I recommend trying them; I'm sure you'll enjoy them. You can also have a shot of Tequila with some Tajin seasoning on the side.

Delicious pozole & good tacos - worth the wait

I visited Tacos Frida on a Sunday night & had to wait about 20 minutes for a table, but it was definitely worth it.

The food was very tasty, especially the pozole - flavorful broth, good seasoning, & tender meat. It really stood out! The tacos were good as well, though not particularly memorable.

Overall, it's a recommended spot if you're craving authentic Mexican flavors. The atmosphere is casual & vibrant, & the wait time is understandable considering the popularity. I'd definitely go back for the pozole!

The steak quesadilla featured a perfectly crispy exterior, while the juicy steak inside was full of savory goodness. I also tried the drinks & shots, & the hibiscus margarita was a clear winner-it was refreshing, with just the right mix of tartness & sweetness.
