Expensive...but they were nice. & it hit that taco itch at midnight.
I liked the food a lot. Mexican taste 100%. Try the quesabirrias. The gringa de bistek & the sopa de tortilla jist to start.& the drinks they prepare are delicious. From Horchata to Pinas coladas. The flan & yhe churros are so delicious too. I enjoy eating there regularly.

Had tacos: pastor & choriqueso.
Pastor meat was dry & the spicy sauces couldn't save it.
Choriqueso was good because the cheese did the heavy lifting & carried the tacos to acceptable levels.
My wife was not happy. We ate around 830-9pm. Was our timing bad? If the food made us think that way, something is off.
We ordered a mojito too, one of the better mojitos I've had in a while.
Staff is cool. Nice folks.
Edit: I saw someone else leave a 1 star questioning the freshness of the meat, glad to see I am not the only one.

Excellent service, high quality Mexican food. Most authentic I've tasted in Montreal. They explain all the sauces. The whole experience is great & definitely my GO TO.
A beautifully decorated restaurant. The service was really warm & helpful, the server came in to explain all the different sauces. The food was very good, albeit I'm no expert in Mexican food, it felt less greasy than your average Mexican restaurant - perhaps more authentic.
The food is GREAT & the workers are the kindest. They are super attentive with everyone & are always so happy to see you coming back. They also speak spanish, english, & french!
Great food, really impressed. The Gringas pastor was a real treat (roasted pineapple was a nice addition).
Place was super clean & cute & our server was amazing & incredibly accommodating!! Would come back again!!
I just had dinner here & it was awesome! The staff was very friendly & the food was great, definitely a must-try if you like Mexican food. They also have 5 different sauces that you can try together with your food, with spicy & non-spicy options.
