Une excellente adresse pour des tacos authentiques !
J'ai adoré mon expérience chez Tacos El Viejon. Les tacos sont savoureux, généreusement garnis & pleins de saveurs mexicaines authentiques. Le service est chaleureux & rapide, & l'ambiance conviviale donne envie de revenir. Mention spéciale pour les sauces maison qui relèvent parfaitement les plats. Je recommande vivement !

This is the best Tacos i have ever tried in Montreal. Every dish is so delicious. The serve & the owner is so nice, they introduced & explained us a lots about the food & Mexico culture. They even gave us free traditional drink & candy to try & get to know more about their country. Such a happy experience!

Ate quesadilla with carnitas. Good amount of carnitas, needs more cheese definitely.. the onions accompanying the dish are delicious. Emiliano's service is very good.
3 things I did not like:
+ No beer (but it is still in the menu. The lost the licence 3 months ago. Menus should be changed). Should be said when you arrive. Not after you got the thirst for it & ask for one & they say there is no beer anymore. Beer is a MUST with tacos & quesadillas & the soups they make..
- too much noise in the restaurant : music in Spanish (I liked it) but they hasld a movie on the huge screen with the volume up, not sure why two sounds at the same time.
- the add outside says All you can eat for x DLLs but it is only Tacos.. should be specified on both sides of the add outside.

Still prefer the classic style of tacos, alambres, sopes & tortas & Mexican'breakfast' on weekends of la Matraca just next to it.

Tucked away below street level they specialize in street tacos. We were pleasantly surprised by how absolutely packed each taco was with very tender, well-seasoned meat-they definitely don't hold back. There are many types of tacos, quesadillas, & more on the menu-hearty, flavorful options in a cozy setting.

The friendly service made our visit even more enjoyable, with the staff being incredibly sweet & welcoming.

My friend & I took a chance with their 25$ all you can eat buffet. I don't know how I keep ending up at such delicious places really. The space is super cute & it gives family vibes, & they also have outside tables.

The food OMGG we were super hungry, & by the end, my stomach was satisfied. We ordered a bunch of different tacos so we can taste all of them. I was missing a few so I'd like to come back & try the rest 😆 My personal favorite was taco de cabeza, didn't remember to take a picture before eating it, I was too lost in the sauce. The food came fresh & hot everytime.

They all tasted great really, & our server was a nice lady, very amicable.

I hope you catch their buffet deal! It's worth it

Wow!!! 😍 les meilleurs tacos que j'ai eu la chance de goûter à Montréal . La nourriture est fraîche & servi chaude , de plus les prix sont très abordables 5$ le taco environ. Je vous jure que ça en vaut le détour. L'ambiance est agréable, bonne musique, la journée que nous sommes allés il y avait des mariachis pour la fête des mères & le restaurant était rempli à craquer mais malgré cela le service a été rapide. Je vous recommande fortement de tester ce restaurant si vous voulez goûter des vraie tacos Authentique & délicieux 🤤 vous aurez des choix de tacos que vous ne retrouverez nulle part ailleurs de cabeza, de lengua, de tripa, de sesos… & j'en passe… une belle découverte!! Nous y retournerons !!! Merci encore pour ce délicieux repas!

It was the best restaurant I've been to, music was AMAZING, staff - EVEN BETTER! We we're a group of six, we all stepped out of the restaurant & said'we need to write an amazing review', this comes from the heart, they didn't even ask for a review! Last, BUT DEFINITELY NOT LEAST, the FOOODDDD!!! WAWWWWW - EXQUISITE! PHENOMENAL! Amazing experience, 100% recommend.
