We visited this restaurant randomly & were pleasantly surprised. It's a very beautiful place with great decor & good music. Everything was clean & there was plenty of space for groups. The atmosphere has a strong Mexican touch, with vibrant colors that reflect the culture. The food was delicious. We tried two appetizers & highly recommend the totopos - they were amazing. The horchata was also very tasty. We also ordered the fried calamari & really enjoyed them.
Nous avons également adoré les tacos & les quesadillas, qui étaient vraiment délicieux. Le dessert final, un flan, était excellent. Le service était aussi très agréable, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore meilleure. Nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant à toutes les personnes qui se trouvent à Laval & dans les environs.

The food here is pretty decent, but nothing special.
The service was good & ultra fast. Like we got our food within 7 minutes of walking in. & the waitress was nice.
The place was pretty clean & well decorated.
The problem with this restaurant is the prices. They are completely absurd. 19$ for 3 beef tacos, & it comes with no sides. 24$ for nachos with no meat.
Unfortunately the quality & taste do not justify these high prices.
Oh & if you want cheese in your birria tacos it's an extra 4$!!! Who doesn't want cheese in their birria tacos!
Endroit accueillant & propre, la décoration est magnifique avec des sombrero & des cadre fais à la main & directement fais du Mexique, la nourriture étais plus que parfaite, si je pouvais je donnerais plus que 5 étoiles tellement que c'était bon & la nourriture & bien garnis qualité prix & quantité plus que parfais
Récemment, j'ai décidé de visiter Taco Chon & je ne pourrais pas être plus heureuse de mon choix. Cet endroit est absolument merveilleux. Dès la première bouchée, la nourriture m'a transportée directement au Mexique, & cela m'a remplie d'une immense joie. Chaque plat a une saveur authentique, pleine de tradition & d'amour pour la gastronomie mexicaine. Le service a été excellent ; tout le personnel était très aimable & attentionné, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus spéciale. De plus, l'endroit est vraiment charmant, avec une décoration qui te fait sentir comme chez toi, mais avec une touche mexicaine des plus ravissantes. En tant que Mexicaine, je recommande vivement cet endroit. Si tu veux vraiment goûter à la vraie cuisine mexicaine, viens ici. Ils sont, sans aucun doute, les meilleurs. Merci Taco Chon pour cette expérience inoubliable !
Stopped by for a quick bite...it was really good & authenticity was pretty damn close...will be definitely going back ... the supreme tacos was great. The Porky was very plain & tasteless, had to put a lot of cilantro & hot sauce. I still think Frida has an edge over Tacochon. You won't regret eating here... the decor is nice & the restaurant is quite clean Staff members & polite & friendly
Food was fantastic, beat most Mexican restaurants in Montreal & surrounding areas. The music, the ambiance, the decor... loved it. The service is quick & the waitress came by often to ask if we wanted anything else. Will be going back often !

Superbe découverte Mexicaine! Les portions sont généreuses. La viande est de qualité! Ils ont de l'horchetta (pour les connaisseurs) En plus, le décor est fantastique & les prix sont plus que raisonnables. Très fortement recommandé 👍
J'ai récemment eu l'immense plaisir de dîner dans ce restaurant mexicain & je dois dire que l'expérience a été exceptionnelle. Le service était impeccable & rapide, ce qui a grandement ajouté à notre plaisir. De plus, le restaurant est tout simplement magnifique : le décor est à couper le souffle, avec une ambiance authentique & chaleureuse qui transporte immédiatement au coeur du Mexique. Chaque détail, du mobilier aux ornements muraux, est choisi avec soin & contribue à une atmosphère unique & mémorable. Une adresse incontournable pour les amateurs de cuisine mexicaine !
Très joli petit restaurant, l'ambiance est au rendez-vous avec le chanteur & le décor. Les repas étaient excellents c'était difficile de faire un choix tellement tout avait l'air bon! Le service était tout aussi parfait! Je recommande.
I had the chance to pick a random spot for a business & dinner meeting & this place was casual enough to have my laptop out, as well as delicious food choices for everyone. I called to make a reservation, but it was unnecessary. The street & the building are under construction so it was difficult to park. I arrived & the waitresses were lovely & I sat at the bench. Try the Jamica juice! I ordered some calamari, & my friend ordered a small soup but accidentally received the large at no extra charge. We then had mains. I grabbed the delicious shrimp tacos. 3 for 15$ is a good deal. The chips & guac also very good. Our party was there & didn't feel rushed to eat. But the lighting makes it seem very family friendly & a few people had kids. Others were there for the drinks at the bar. Nice decor too!
