Grosse déception!

Je suis allée souper avec mon conjoint chez Tacochon & la facture a grimpé à 83$ (avec pourboires) pour un soda, une entrée de guacamole avec chips, trois tacos & un burrito.

Les tacos (19$), bien que très bons, étaient petits & ne venaient avec aucun accompagnement. Mais le plus décevant & qu'il était impossible de choisir trois tacos différents. Pour ajouter du fromage: 4$ (soit le même prix qu'un soda).

Les plats étaient bons, mais pas non plus exceptionnels, alors rien ne justifie les prix que l'on a payé selon nous.

Pour ce qui est du service, il était correct, mais sans plus.
Tous les clients sont mis les uns à côté des autres sans espace alors que la moitié de la salle est vide.

Dommage.

Les plats sont bons (nous avons pris un burritos au boeuf barbacoa, une entrée chips/guacamole & l'assiette de 3 tacos barbacoa + un jaritos) mais à 85$ avec pourboire (bon service), les prix ne font aucun sens.

Je peux accepter 25$ pour un burritos & des frites, mais les trois petits tacos sans accompagnement à 19$ c'est un peu ridicule. Pas de flexibilité non plus pour prendre trois tacos différents, ou ajouter un tacos en payant un supplément. Ça coûterait ~50¢ au restaurant d'ajouter une portion de frites ou de riz, quitte à charger 20$ au lieu de 19$.

Aussi, coller tous les clients ensembles quand il y a de l'espace en masse pour ne pas le faire facilite peut-être légèrement le service, mais cela vient nuire grandement à l'expérience-client.

L'endroit n'a rien d'exceptionnel & à ce prix nous avons beaucoup d'autres options pour de très bons tacos à Montréal dans une meilleure ambiance, donc très peu de raison pour nous de revenir.

Très bon restaurant mexicain ! Les plats étaient savoureux, surtout les tacos & le burrito. Le service est rapide & chaleureux, & l'ambiance agréable. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande !

The papa loca is one of the best but I ordered the burrito & it was great . Specially the rice . We came on a Sunday at night & there were not a lot of people . Will go again .

I specifically asked for no onions. I placed an order to go. When I got home, after taking bites, I realized that the burritos was filled with onions. Half of the burritos had onions. Disappointed & hangry because I was going to make this my go to spot. I can't trust ordering there no more without inspecting or decapitating my burritos before, which shouldn't be the case. So you lost me.

Nous y sommes allés déjà 2 fois. Les tacos végétarien, burritos végétarien & le menu enfants ont fait le bonheur de la famille (à part la salsa de mangue qui manquait de mangues). Service très aimable, beaucoup de places assises.

When we arrived the waitress couldn't even crack a smile & seemed annoyed that she had to seat us There were 3 patrons seated in the restaurant. We ordered an entree of fried calamari & they brought it to our table at the same time as our main dish . Calamari was over fried. The sauce on the side was tartare sauce mixed in with a red sauce that was tasteless. I ordered a beef Quesadilla. It was bland , & oily. It was served with 2 thin slices of radish. My friend ordered the shrimp burrito that was served with a choice of fries or rice . The rice was cold & there was so much liquid inside the burrito , that when she took a bite , the sauce leaked out all over her shirt & plate. The wait staff except for one waitress were all socializing together at the bar . Our annoyed waitress never returned to our table after we ordered our meal . She remained at the bar socializing. The one waitress that seemed to be the only one doing her job , asked if we wanted coffee or dessert . I ordered an Americano that took 20 minutes to arrive at our table . I assumed it was because the young man that prepares the coffee was too preoccupied with the staff at the bar he forgot to make it . I had to remind the waitress that took my coffee order I still hadn't received my coffee. When it finally arrived , it had coffee grounds in it We waited for our main waitress to return so we could pay. She was still at the bar. Not wanting to interrupt her we went to the bar & asked if we could pay. Needless to say service & food was below par .

Well, cute place. But loud, bright. Service was very slow & not attentive, had to keep asking for it. Appetizer took long & main dishes longer. The chicken tacos were dry, not much in flavor. The chicken burrito was good.
