Amazing amazing experience overall! The staff was super friendly! & the food was delicious & super authentic! I spent my birthday there & everyone was energetic & full of fun when they brought the cake & props✨ I had Antonio as my waiter & he was super nice & pleasant! Muchas gracias Tacos & Margaritas! 🌮🍾❤?

The one place I go for quesabirria tacos. Nachos are superb also. Great place, authentic people & food. Ambiance is loud, with live music during the weekend.
Yes, it's here - Finally a place where I can go for authentic & tasty mexican food. It's generous & well spiced, just like I like it. I will go back for sure. Amazing work on the food & service impeccable.
I always thought nachos were good but not impressive, but, they did it - They changed my mind - the best nachos I had till this day. Keep on the good work!
Every time I visit this place the food is amazing & authentic, their cocktail Oaxaca is well balanced & the waiters super attentive! The service is fast & I see people celebrating birthdays with joy! Viva Mexico!
The best, authentic Mexican food in Canada. Highly recommend the quesobirria & Al Pastor tacos. Fajitas, Enchiladas & Burritos are amazing as well. Oaxada cocktail 🍸 was delicious & perfectly balanced.

I got excited when I first got in the restaurant because I thought that I would live a very authentic Mexican experience but unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations, the music was very loud, the service wasn't the best but okay I guess. Although it's a restaurant, the lights inside looks like it's a club which was very annoying. The food was WAY overpriced, the portion is small & the taste isn't that good. The tacos barely had any meat & it was tasteless. Been to different commercial Mexican Restaurants they were much better than this one which I thought it would be the opposite.
I don't think I'll go back to this place. I don't recommend.
It is a rare gem. You will find authentic food, incredible clientele auriented staff & a rarely seen atmosphere. I had the pleasure to discover this unique restaurant on Friday night & I cannot recommend it enough.
Best authentic Mexican food in Montreal😍if you are looking to have a good meal, this is the place. The service was amazing very friendly staff. Very good portions for the price.

A hidden gem! The atmosphere truly feels like being in South America, with authentic food, lively karaoke, & great drinks. Maher's bowls are impressively large & an absolute must-try!

We loved the food, really authentic Mexican food. We had the Aztec soup that was super good delicious flavor & texture. Tlacoyos, soo good they were 3 in the plate. The sauce very tasty & the guacamole just perfect. Then we had fried seafood tacos, it's a combination of fish & shrimp. Delicious. We has a Michelada it was perfect. Ans we ended with delicious churros, crispier & fresh ones. The service incredible, very helpful to explain & kind people. You want to come back to try all the other plates. You can really taste the good quality of ingredients ans the level of the mexican chefs. Congratulations. Will be back
Amazing, authentic tacos. The drinks are fantastic & the large margaritas are big enough to drown in. If you're into spicy, you have to try their hot sauce. You won't regret it.
The food was ok but in some cases it was not authentic. The guacamole & the Aztec soup were good but the tacos al pastor did not taste at all like the original ones. The "aguachile" had way too much vinager. I would have loved to give a better rating but when I went there, there was a plastic container below the men's urinal to catch a leak.... & the plastic container was full of urine. For me that is a no-no. :S In response of the owner's comment: I appreciate your response. I will come back for sure to try the new recepie. I understand about the plumber.
So happy to have an authentic mexican restaurant on Monk! The people that work there are very kind. The food is delicious & I am excited to go back! As with any new restaurant they are working out the kinks so people need to be kind when they go! I hope they will eventually add tres lèche cake to to the menu 🤞🏻🙏
