J'ai été 2 fois cette semaine & la dame à l'accueil n'etait pas su tout accueillante
Il faudrait qu'elle revoit sa manière de répondre aux questions des clients.
C'était un 5à7 entre collègues & nous avons choisi votre établissement comme endroit de le faire.
Tout était bien sur la nourriture & le service de la dame qui nous servi.
Nous étions pas content de 2 choses :
- Mon ami a demandé des crouté de pain de plus sur son plat & la personne ne lui jamais apporté ça.
- A la fin de notre soirée, vers 22h45 j'ai demandé à un serveur si je peux Svp avoir un verre d'eau, il me répond : Non on a tout arrêté !!!! Je n'ai pas du tout trouvé du sens à cette réaction & ce feedback de sa part, car je ne demande pas un autre boisson ou autre, je demande simplement un verre d'eau du robinet (normal) & qui nécessite pas d'avoir un service cuisine open ! Donc ce geste a vraiment impacté négativement tout notre Expérience Client de la soirée malheureusement! (Pour un simple verre d'eau) !
Food & ambiance was amazing! We wish we would have kept our original server, he was so friendly & funny! Just overall added to the experience. For some reason, we ended up getting another server & we felt like we were tip money to her & not anything else. Fake smiles, 2 second check-ins. We even joked around with the original server before leaving & were a bit dissapointed.
Un peu bruyant comme atmosphère & quelque peu difficile d'avoir une conversation mais en général, nous avons adoré notre expérience & la courtoisie du personel.

C'était la première fois que nous allions chez vous, hier soir. On a amené une de nos petites-filles , qui a 16 ans, avec nous. Quand on est partis, elle m'a dit : Mamie, je veux qu'on revienne ici la prochaine fois. Ça veut tout dire. Tout était vraiment parfait. Je veux souligner aussi l'amabilité & le magnifique sourire de notre serveuse. Bref, à très bientôt!!

Juste décu du fait que j'avais réserver en Octobre pour avoir un coin tranquille, & je l'ai rementionné lors de votre appel 2 jours avant.... On m'a mentionné ..."Bien sûr, aucun problème" .... En entrant, on nous a placer juste à coté du table de 20 personnes .... Prends t-on vraiment les commentaires du client en compte ?
L'entrée de charcuterie etait 5 étoiles, le boeuf braiser aussi. Par contre, le Rib Steak était à 75% du gras non commestible....une chance que la grosseur du Rib était bonne
On a quand même aimé l'expérience, mais pas assez pour dire que c'est certain que l'on va revenir
Le service à la table était 5 étoiles, je donne un 2 étoiles pour la réception ( jeune personne qui assigne les places).
The service was great! We ordered our drinks & appetizer to start (without any pressure from the wait staff to order the main course). The main course was ordered & served within 15 minutes. Refills on water, offered us if we wanted another drink. The food was absolutely delicious! The appetizer was the lobster tacos (with sauce, kale, carrots, & mangoes). The meal was the Mediterranean grilled chicken served with mashed potatoes (nice & fluffy, full of flavour) & asparagus, as well as the crab cakes which came with a kale salad with a variety of nuts, & fries. The portions were huge, so the "qualité/prix" was met. The only negative was the loud music making it hard to easily communicate with each other. Beers: Corona & Archibald Chipie.
