I've been wanting to come here for the longest time, but then I heard theh were renovating....finally after all these months I was able to come here. & well all I could say was the food & service was spectacular.
Our waitress Maro was amazing & kind, the other workers were also attentive from filling up our water or getting rid of our plates.
The restaurant was pretty & clean, very modern with mirrors & lights.
The food was amazing, we took the taquitos, the beef bao bun. The beet salad.
The braised beef with mashed potato, was falling off the bone, we also took the mushrooms as an extra side. All were so yummy & delicious.
We ended things with the fried oreos & there were the cherry on top.
I cant wait to go back to eat the same things & also to try other things on the menu.
Definitely a must.
I've been going to Table 51 for many years now; not too often, but enough to be a decent customer. I recently went & although my waiter & my experience were good overall, the portions seem to have shrunk a little & prices are more expensive than at the KEG.
I was asked 4 times by the waiter if I want to get another bottle of flat water (which is 10$ ouch). No wonder he kept asking. I already had sprite & water. The braised beef was extremely tender however, the sauce/gravy could use some tweaking & so could the sides it comes with. It feels too stingy for the price & the dish was served warm, not hot. The lobster tacos pretty good with the side sauce but, they are also stingy on the lobster as it's practically inexistent. The starter cesar salad is pretty good but portion is small.
I know times are tough in this economy & that rent in your local is astronomical, but if the prices on your menu go up significantly noticeable, make sure the dish portion & quality follows. The menu should've definitely been enhanced & reimagined during the long closure. It feels like it's missing some pizzazz.
Overall, I enjoyed my experience as usual however, 230$ + 36$ tip, for 2 people with NO alcohol ordered is a bit crazy. I'm not cheap when it comes to going out to eat but this review summarizes my feeling about this experience as a whole.
On m'avait dit que les assiettes étaient non seulement belles mais délicieuses. Le midi ou nous sommes allés ce n'était pas le cas pour mon assiette & l'entrée de salade césar d'une de mes amies. Je n'ai pas aimé ma salade asiatique, beaucoup trop froide à mon goût. Je n'ai pas trouvé le goût bon. C'est rare que ça m'arrive. Les plats des autres avaient l'air bon & j'ai goûté au boeuf braise & le tartare de saumon c'était délicieux.
Nous avions pris une table tranquille fond (nous étions 4). Menu interessant & varié. Service courtois & très bienveillant. Nous avons retourné les assiettes de steak haché pour les faire cuire davantage (de là à bien préciser si on veut médium, dire sans rosé à l'intérieur). La serveuse à tout repris & le résultat était parfait. Salade de thon cuisson tataki pour moi & salade de betteraves étaient très bonnes.
My steak salad was not med but more rare. Other than that all else was good. Probably my 40th time at your restaurant. Always fun
The service was great! We ordered our drinks & appetizer to start (without any pressure from the wait staff to order the main course). The main course was ordered & served within 15 minutes. Refills on water, offered us if we wanted another drink. The food was absolutely delicious! The appetizer was the lobster tacos (with sauce, kale, carrots, & mangoes). The meal was the Mediterranean grilled chicken served with mashed potatoes (nice & fluffy, full of flavour) & asparagus, as well as the crab cakes which came with a kale salad with a variety of nuts, & fries. The portions were huge, so the "qualité/prix" was met. The only negative was the loud music making it hard to easily communicate with each other. Beers: Corona & Archibald Chipie.
Best steak salad, I've been ordering it for years & have never been disappointed.

I had the club 51 dish & the portion was much smaller than usual. The sandwich & kale salad was half the size. Other than that the food was very tasty & service was great. Thank you.
Beau restaurant, service exceptionnel, serveuse souriante & aimable. On a commandé un burgers au thon accompagné de frites, le serveur a amené la salade au lieu des frites, mais c'était finalement un délice. À la fin je me fais surprendre avec un gâteau & dessert pour moi & mon ami gratuitement. Bravo!
Music too loud we had a hard Time to understand each other. No dressing in my cesar salad. Won't Come back.
All was great except the waitress didn't bring me the right order, I had asked for the chicken pad that salad but she brought me the pad Thai. I kept it & it was good. She was nice to bring the the fried oreos for by Birthday so that was nice!
Tres bon service, Notre serveur a offert un excellent service. Nous n'avons pas aimé la vinaigrette de la salade Cesar qui a notre goût n'avait rien de Cesar. Nous avons adoré l'entree de petit pain Bao. Le filet mignon était délicieux. Joli attention pour celui dont c'était l'anniversaire mais aurait préféré avoir le choix du dessert. Key lime pie n'est pas apprécié de tout le monde. Somme toute belle expérience, on y retournera.

Fantastic ambiance. Good music. Great cocktails & nice service. The food was delicious. Had the Salmon tartare & added a caesar salad. Also tried the bacon & cheese croquets. I recommend.
En général, la nourriture était bonne, surtout la salade de kale. Mon tartare de boeuf était très dur à mâcher, car la viande n'était pas tendre du tout. Ça m'a beaucoup déçue. Les prix ont augmenté considérablement. Le 16oz de bière en fût est à 11 ou 12$. C'est plus qu'ailleurs. Mon amie n'avait pas mangé 2 tacos de homard qu'elle voulait rapporter & la serveuse l'a jeté au lieu de lui redonner. Elle aurait pu offrir une compensation pour son erreur mais non!

Date night with my husband to end our vacation. The staff was friendly & charming. We never felt rushed & that was a big plus, as most places, rush you in & out for the next reservation. We chose a Cesar salad - it was to die for. Not too much dressing that was overbearing. The bacon was real bacon not artificial stuff mostly served in other places. Perfect balance. Rib steak perfectly cooked, with crispy shoe string fries. We paired that with a side order of mushrooms. Seriously addictive. We had time to enjoy our meal & drinks. Ended the meal with the Lindt brownie - decadent. We are definitely going back & bringing family, as the restaurant is perfect for every occasion. Certainly recommend.
Your staff is outstanding. The food as a first time guest to the restaurant was not great.
The tartares were bland & very fishy. tartares need to stand out this did not the fries were cold & the crusty bread was burnt. Saïd was tasteless.
The burger was bland & had no taste. The pad Thai was returned because it was overly spiced to the point where it had no taste.
Thé calamars were poorly grilled & had no taste sitting over a bed of Kale. No seasoning. The Cesar salad was ok.
The braised beef was ok.
I think that this restaurant can improve on the chefs ability to provide better tasting food. The presentation was mediocre & as a first time guest I hope the next visit will be better. Though service & hospitality was spot on. Gréât staff efficient & super to deal with.
Now fix the chefs cooking skills.
Nous sommes allés souper sur leur terrasse un samedi soir. Nous étions 4. Le service est bien. Toutefois, la nourriture n'était pas satisfaisante bien que l'entrée de charcuteries soit bonne.
Nous avons tous commandé un plat différent. Le burger aux crevettes goûte les croquettes, le sandwich au poulet est bien, les pâtes au boeuf braisé sont fades & elles manquent de sauce puis l'assiette de gateaux homard accompagnés d'une salade kale était plus que salée. La serveuse était très gentille & a changé mon assiette. J'ai choisi un tartare de saumon qui était encore fade.
Après une facture de 100$ taxes & pourboire inclus pour 2 personnes, je suis allée acheter à manger puisque j'avais faim. Je suis bien déçue de mon expérience puisque c'était ma première sortie au restaurant depuis la Covid.
