"Plate presentations could be improved for a more gourmet look. Staff should be better informed about menu choices. I would have liked my hamburger steak with half mashed potatoes/ half vegetables. But the vegetables would have created a $12 charge. Really? Coffee was served cold (end of pot) and we had to wait for a new pot to be ready."
