I went a few weeks ago, the waiter forgot to enter our order. After waiting for 30 min we finally saw him pass by & he said there was technical order & our order would come out. It was clear he forgot our order but what was upsetting that he didn't even come to notify us or bring us some bread while we waited & only said the technical thing as he completely forgot. I paid my drink (which should have covered by him), we cancelled our order & walked out. Been there several times & never had such terrible service.Voir plus
Our server was friendly & attentive, but the food left a lot to be desired. I had ordered the fish of the day, which was swordfish & cost $45 so I expected something good. But it was overcooked & underseasoned. The others I was dining with were not blown away by their meals either. Montréal has so many good restaurants at a better price point that it is worthwhile to skip this one.Voir plus

Great experience at Table 51. This was my first visit to this location & it did not disappoint. Large restaurant with a great atmosphere, bar scene & good energy. $10 martini night was a fun way to start off the evening. Shared a few appetizers & the definite standout was the wings, some of the best I've ever had, beautifully French-trimmed (so no messy fingers) & fried to perfection in a delicious sauce; highly recommend. For the main course I couldn't decide between the braised beef in red wine sauce or the Korean short ribs. Opted for the Korean rib, & while it was tender & delicious, I didn't get a Korean taste to it, in fact it was a bit too sweet, & would opt for the richer braised beef rib next time, which means I'll definitely be back. The shrimp cocktail & salmon tartare were also part of our appetizers which were quite enjoyable. Overall a satisfying dinner complimented by a very friendly staff. Thank you.Voir plus
