Une excellente expérience chez Sushi Uma! Les sushis étaient incroyablement frais, savoureux & préparés avec soin. Les ingrédients sont de grande qualité & chaque bouchée était délicieuse. Le service était chaleureux, rapide & attentionné, & le restaurant est propre avec une ambiance agréable. C'est définitivement une adresse où je vais revenir. Je recommande fortement à tous les amateurs de sushi!

Great atmosphere, clean, lots of options & friendly staff. However the salmon sashimi was cut very small (1' by 1/2' by 1/4') & nigiri was very thin, were both cut weirdly. We also had more than a few hard chunks of rice. Oh there was also dance pop music playing in the backround

The tempura was especially good - light & crispy. staff checked on us often & made sure we had everything we needed.

Food was not bad in general but they got busy pretty quick & after that half of what we were ordering was not showing up. Especially bad our experience made the fact that we had two kids in our party of eight. Unfortunately, my kids do not like Sushi but they were quite happy with fries. It took us 30 minutes to get one fry portion. It took us another 20 minutes & about four requests to get fries for another child & the portions were tiny. We asked for more fries a few times. Those requests never appeared.
When we are paying $25 for a child, having some fries & ketchup does not seem like & unreasonable request considering they are on the menu.

The torched salmon is delicious & having them torch it in front you is pretty cool to see as well. very fast service after ordering you will get full after being here

We go here almost every 2 weeks, the food is amazing especially the torched salmon that they torch in front of you. The food quality is very consistent & honestly for the price it's more than reasonable. Would recommend to anyone that's in the downtown area that wants to come out with a full stomach
