Great, unassuming place for sushi! Seems to be more of a pickup spot. The fish was fresh which is all I can ask for from a place like this. Rice could've been better made, but cannot complain at this price point.Voir plus

Sushi was great. Super fresh. Very tasty & beautifully presented. The wonton soup however was awful & tasteless. The wontons were also really bad & under seasoned. We don't complain much about food. The fried crispy things smelt horrible- they were likely fried in very old rancid oil. They tasted awful aswell. I emailed the restaurant that evening & no one replied. We threw the wonton soup out. La nourriture & le prix étaient excellent mais l'ambiance très désagréable! Il y avait 4 employés, 1 femme & 3 hommes, nous étions seule dans le restaurant près de l'heure de fermeture & pendant notre repas les 3 garçons ce sont mis a être dénigrant & méchant avec la fille. Elle ne disait pas un mot & elle acceptait les mauvais commentaires par faute de minorité face aux 3 garçons. Ils l'insultaient a mainte & mainte reprise, nous étions choqué!Voir plus

Absolutely loved this place! Drove from Ottawa to meet a friend for lunch & the food alone was worth the drive! Ordered a platter & loved everything on it. Good variety of maki rolls & creative presentation. Great service & lovely intimate ambiance. Will definitely be back & have already told other friends about this place. 💯Voir plus

The best sushi I've had in the west island! The staff there are so friendly & it's always a pleasant experience, either dining in or taking out. Usually we get the simplicite combo, the peanut butter dumplings & the wakame salad. Their presentation is beautiful, the rice is really well seasoned & the perfect temperature & the fish is really fresh.Voir plus

Our favorite West Island sushi place on St. Jean closed a few years back. So happy to have found Sushi Yuu today, they are by far the best sushi in the West Island, better than our previous favorite. All positive, but watch out for their pressed wasabi shapes... They sort of fight dissolving in soya... So you overcompensate... But eventually they will dissolve. If you eat slow, you might have a surprise at the end...Voir plus

A hidden gem, the best sushi I ever had in MTL!! The place is very unassuming but the service was great, food was AMAZING & the price was super fair. It's a shame I live far away, but if you're ever in the area, do check it out!Voir plus
