"I will write this review as I sit and watch these gentlemen make sushi. It is Valentine's Day, they are overloaded with orders and takeaway... and they hustle, but they do not lose their cool, composure, or dignity. I am very impressed. I will update this review after I eat if necessary, but these guys are professional and on point."
