unprofessional. The way you treat your customers is unacceptable, disrespectful, & shows a complete lack of professionalism. I would never recommend your service to anyone. non professionnel. Votre façon de traiter vos clients est inacceptable, irrespectueuse & démontre un manque total de professionnalisme. Je ne recommanderai jamais vos services à qui que ce soit.
All you can eat. Order on your phone & dishes keep coming to the table. Really quite good. Added wine to the meal.
Recently went a second time & food not nearly as good. Ordered many of the same items. Different cooks?
Absolutely terrible experience. We came here expecting a normal all-you-can-eat sushi dinner, but instead we spent a large portion of the meal waiting for food that never arrived. We repeatedly asked the staff where our missing orders were, & instead of bringing them out, they kept making us wait until they eventually announced that the kitchen was no longer serving food.
At that point, we explained that we had never received a lot of what we ordered & asked for a discount since we were being charged for an all-you-can-eat meal that we never actually got to eat. They refused to offer any significant discount & expected us to pay essentially the full price despite failing to serve us the food we ordered.
What made this even worse was how we were treated. As teenagers, it genuinely felt like they thought they could take advantage of us because they assumed we wouldn't stand up for ourselves. Instead of trying to fix their mistake or come to a fair solution, they threatened to call the police simply because we were asking to be treated fairly.
We weren't trying to get free food. We just wanted the meal we paid for or a fair adjustment to the bill after they failed to serve a large portion of our order. The customer service was disrespectful, unprofessional, & completely unacceptable. I will never be coming back, & I strongly recommend that others avoid this restaurant if they expect to be treated with basic fairness & respect.
We visited on Father's Day &, unfortunately, the experience did not live up to our expectations.
First impressions matter, & the entrance area looked quite neglected & uninviting. Once seated, service was disappointing from start to finish. No one asked if we wanted drinks, soft drinks, or anything to start. We had to repeatedly ask for water, & even then it was often forgotten, requiring us to ask again.
The food arrived very slowly & without any coordination. For example, the General Tao chicken was served well before the rice, which doesn't make much sense since they are meant to be enjoyed together. Dishes seemed to arrive randomly rather than as complete meals.
As for the food itself, it was acceptable but nothing particularly memorable. Given the reviews & reputation, we were expecting more.
I understand that parties of five or more are automatically charged a 15% gratuity, & to be fair, the restaurant is very transparent about this policy. However, it's difficult to understand the justification when there is minimal interaction with the service staff. Orders are placed through your phone, no one takes your order, & various staff members simply drop off dishes at the table with very little engagement.
Considering it was Father's Day, I expected the restaurant to be extremely busy, but it wasn't. After our experience, I think I understand why.
Will I return? Maybe, maybe not. For comparison, Matsuno Sushi Fusion offers noticeably better service, better food, & a much more enjoyable overall atmosphere. Based on this visit, it would be my first choice.
Première fois, cadre sympathique, service rapide (même pour un samedi soir), qualité/fraîcheur/présentation au rendez vous & a volonté. 3 personnes + 2 Coca cola = 150$ j'y retournerai.
The food is good but the service was awful. The hostess/cashier gave us a table after letting 3 families before us. We were two people & she gave 3 other walk-in groups a table before us when we were in line before everyone. & then, the food took forever to come, clearly there wasn't enough staff to clear the floor, most likely to keep the tips to themselves. Lack of organization, lack of service. ON TOP OF THAT, she forced us to tip. Go eat somewhere else.
The quality of the food was good, but the service was relatively slow. We understand that the restaurant was busy, but this remains an area that could be improved.
Finally, the tip options were calculated based on the total amount after taxes, which is contrary to the regulation that came into effect in May 2025. When we asked for clarification & a reimbursement, the employees showed us a document from Revenu Québec stating that a new regulation allows this practice. However, we were unable to find any information online confirming this.
I would suggest informing customers in advance whenever your tipping practices differ from those of other restaurants. Greater transparency would help avoid confusion & improve the overall customer experience.
