The food isn't bad, but the service is abysmal. It feels like if you want to eat, they want you OUT. Soooo many items never reached our table, including the teapot we ordered in the beginning on this cold evening with the kids. What THEY want? Order a couple of sushi rolls, get yourself a pint, & gtfo. All you can eat? Nope. All you have ordered? Nope. 130 bucks to the DRAIN.View more

At first we went in we asked for a table of 6 but she put us in a table of 4 & we were all crunched together . The food was great & delicious but when i tell you we stayed there for 4 hours just to get 7 plates of sushi . The service was soo bad & slow like why write on a paper if youre gonna come every 5 min to ask me what we ordered & then not bring our food for another 30 min . The waiters were giving such bad attitude because we paid 40$ & they had to give us 5$ back she didn't want to . & they all had bad attitude We had to also pay before we sat & we were forced to give tips i mean usually i wouldn't mind leaving a big tip but when the service is this bad i get why make me pay before . The food itself was good tho. The bathroom is pretty good . Thid is not to bash the workers its just be more nice snd fast because im doing the same to youView more

The servers were nice & the food was so delicious! They have an extremely wide array of Japanese & Chinese dishes for only 27CAD (lunch) so I find this place to be extremely worth it, especially when they also provide free drinks, a quality that I can't find in any other Japanese buffets.View more

This place is definitely a bang for your buck, all you can eat fresh cooked food to order. They have very high volume of traffic so the food is always fresh. The service is not great as most of the staff don't speak french & some barely speak english but if you point at your empty glass they will bring a pitcher of water & get you that refill. Over all the menu has changed a bit since Covid & lost a couple of items but it's still a great value & a good spot to go eat as a group. We often go there with the staff from the office & it's great. Make sure that the person who orders keeps track of the cold vs hot items as the hot kitchen is usually longer so I suggest placing sushi orders first to get everyone a bit of food quickly then make sure not to order too much sushi or you will be over welmed when the hot food like the brochettes & cooked meats finally get to your table. You have to ask for the sauce & (fake) wassabi aka green horse raddish but when you ask they will bring it as well as other sauces such as spicy mayo.View more
