I waited here for 45 minutes just to ask if they made the sushi & they didn't even start. Said they were'busy with other orders' but there was one other person in the restaurant. Waited for 45 damn minutes & this is what I get? Also didn't really care about me & were rude to me. Also, they were trying to refuse a refund. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY PRIORITIZE TAKEOUT ORDERS. Ridiculous

Dimanche 15 mars vers 16 h 30, malheureusement mon expérience n'a pas été très agréable. La personne qui m'a servi était très peu chaleureuse & donnait l'impression que je dérangeais. Les sushis semblaient aussi avoir été préparés à la hâte. C'est dommage, car le service fait vraiment partie de l'expérience.

Moi & mon amie (ado) avons commandé, quand il y avait personne dans le restaurant. Malgré ça, les employés priorisaient les commandes des gens (adultes) qui entraient après… Quand j'ai demandé si c'était bientôt prêt, elle m'a dit 10 minutes pour en prendre 25 de plus. Après 45 minutes d'attente, elle refusa de me donner une sauce supplémentaire (je devais la payer). Clairement un manque de respect envers nous, probablement en raison de notre âge.
Dommage, car les sushis sont succulent

1:05 h d'attente pour une commande de deux personnes!! Trois personnes derrière le comptoir! N'y allez pas! Doordash a la priorité absolue! Restez chez vous & commandez! Même des personnes seules ont reçues leur commande avant la notre, il n'y a aucun ordre de priorité. Tables collantes pleines de sauce soya, j'ai demandé une guenille pour le faire, la serveuse me tend des napkins avec un air bête! Hallucinant !
