i've ordered through ubereats several times, & their food & service never disappoint. their assorted plates are well-portioned & freshly prepared - no complaints here!
I have ordered from here many times in the past but the last few times have been beyond disappointing in terms of quality. This time, there was a hard piece of salmon bone in one of the rolls & ginger was completely forgotten. Quality & portion sizes greatly have diminished & are simply not with the cost if not made with care.
Les sushis sont parfaits. Par contre, l'employer parlait bête, elle m'a fait attendre plus d'une heure & demi une commande pour 5 personnes alors qu'elle m'a dit que cela prendrait que 25 min. Bref j'y retournerai peut être lorsque celle ci n'y est pas.
J'avais commandé sur ubereats & il y a eu une erreur , je n'ai pas reçu la bonne commande. J'y suis donc allée & la dame au comptoir était vraiment gentille & elle m'a préparé ce que je voulais & m'en a donné plus pour s'excuser. Très bon service au client.
Be careful when you order food through any delivery app. I got my entire order wrong twice within the last two weeks out of three orders. It's like they give you whatever is left (I work evenings so yes I order late at night). Disappointed

ordered take out for hubby & i, amazing quality would definitely order again. sushi & poke bowls were super fresh & tasty & the sweet lady at the store was very friendly! overall would recommend this location of sushi sama
Disappointed. We have been ordering from Sushi Sama greenfield park for a few years now but unfortunately this has come to an end. Only one person working the past few orders so very long waits. Rolls are about half the size as usual, same number of pieces but cut very small. Not enough sauce & when asking for more they charge. Will try Brossard location next.
Food is good but way too overpriced. I got two rolls of 5 pieces for $20+. The lady at the cash asked me if I wanted to add spicy mayo & a drink for an extra $5 but because her accent was so heavy & the place was loud I said sure thinking she was asking me something else. The mayo ended being diluted, no spicy flavour whatsoever & the wasabi was watery. Overall too expensive. I won't be coming back.

This place struggles fulfilling orders. They cancel orders frequently after massive delays. However the sushis are great if you do manage to get them to give you something.
J'ai commandé par uber 15 morceaux de sashimi pour 30$. J'ai recu 6 morceaux de goberge & 4 mini crevettes. Quand les gens commande des sashimis ils ne veulent aucunement de la goberge. C'est une vrai joke. Uber ma rembourser le plat. Donc, je suis ravie, mais faite attention si vous commandez se plat.
Très bon les sushi par contre lors de la commande en ligne & la livraison il y a une différence de prix sur les reçu & cela es a mon avis incapable Oui Doordash prends c'est différente cote par contre les prix sont 2$ de moins sur le reçu que sur la commande donc pour moi une entreprise j'ai de la misère a expliquer pourquoi le reçu fit pas avec la carte de crédit
Les sushis sont tres bons & cest ce qui est le plus important mais ne sont jamais prêts a l'heure promise. Il faut toujours ajouter un 30 minutes. Vous recevez des sushis frits en cadeau pour l'attente sans rien demander. J'y commande régulièrement.
